I realized that I had a problem with my garage door on Friday morning and called Precision as soon as they were open. I called them because of the stellar reviews. Peyton was on the job within two to three hours of my call and had the issue fixed by early afterneen. WHAT SERVICE. Apparently the reviews were all authentic. Technician arrived within time frame promised. He was professional and thoroughly addressed the issues with my garage door and the solution options. He fixed the issues as outlined in a timely manner. My only complaint was with answering service on the prior Saturday evening. It appeared to be AI generated with no answer or sympathy as to how I might get my door to close in order to secure my property for the night. The answer to this question multiple times was we have booked you our first available appointment at 1 - 3 pm the following day. ?

YOUR TECH WAS MARUF K. WAS POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE KNEW THE JOB WELL AND INSTALLED THE GARAGE OPENER WITHOUT A PROBLEM. Super friendly from the first phone call. Got me an appointment within the week, could have been even sooner but I was working. Derek and team came out , addressed what I wanted addressed. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY. I decided to buy garage doors from Lowe's. After the estimate was done by PRECISION GARAGE DOOR COMPANY, who supply and install the doors, I called Lowe's to make sure I got my 10% veterans discount. Lowes told me "oh sorry THAT'S ONLY AN IN-STORE DISCOUNT." So I canceled the deal through Lowe's and also through the installers and garage door providers, Precision garage doors.
