Trevor called me 1/2 hour before arriving to our appointment as I requested. He was courteous, friendly, and professional. I appreciated his explanation to the problem we had. He demonstrated by cycling the garage door a couple of times to assure us that the door was operating as it should. He further explained that his report would explain everything as well. Nice guy! Demonstrated a positive attitude for his company. Highly recommend the company and especially Trevor. Great job!

I've used this company several times and always appreciated the service I received from the phone call reporting my issues all the way to the techs that came out and made my repairs. This recent repair was due to leaving a broom in the track which resulted the door coming off track. I was glad to know it was an easy fix, and while the tech was here, I asked for an estimate for a new system upgrade.

I was shocked and impressed by Chris Pease's efficiency in fixing our garage door problem early on a Saturday morning. His expertise and professionalism were also well received during a fair quoting process; while continuing to do so during and after completing the job. Kudos!

The Repair person listened to my door situation and then explained what needed to be Done. And what could be done in the future to improve it more. He has a fine quality of listening before he speaks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quick response for a routine service type of appointment. Preston did a great job of explaining how each part of the door functions and problems associated with mine. He was professional, courteous, and mindful of costs to repair/rebuild vs. expense of a new door and gave solid recommendations that made sense, to address all of my concerns. He completed the work efficiently and reviewed end results with me prior to cleaning everything up to ensure my expectations were met. I rarely choose a service provider based on a TV commercial but in this case I'm so glad I did. They truly live up to what they advertise!

Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the problem with our garage door. He inspected our garage door and explained the issues involved and what the various types of repairs would be needed and there cost. We were satisfied with his assessments and instructed him to repair all the problem areas accordingly. Patrick repaired our garage door in several hours and we are very pleased with the results. We would certainly recommend Patrick and Precison Garage Door Service to anyone needing repairs.

Patrick was Great! He was very knowledgable and expalined to me all sorts of things about the type springs we had vs other options and how they would work with our motor to help extend the motor life. Recently purchased a new-to-me home. Within the first two weeks of owning my home, I began experiencing garage door issues. On the interior side of the garage door, there was a Precision Door sticker, so I knew this door had been previously serviced by Precision Door. In a previous Home I owned in the same town, I had a Precision Garage Door installed. My daughter and her husband recently had a Precision garage door installed. All of our experiences have been positive. The young man that serviced my current door proposed three options; least (change out all movable parts), moderate (reinforce the garage door & change out all movable parts), and most expensive (new garage door, including new motor). While my current garage door is not a Precision Door, he reinforced the door and replaced all components to ensure the door would still work optimally with a 7-year warranty. The young man also insured both remotes were in working order (they hadn’t been working for the past week), and he also installed a numeric keypad. I was very happy with all aspects of this Repair. Will absolutely always call Precision Door!
