I called Precision because that is the only company name I could remember. They came to my home within 1 hour of the call and did an inspection that I observed. I knew I had some problems before they came. The technician gave a bid for a complete rebuild but not changing doors. We agreed and he got to work and 3 hours later he was finished. Fantastic service.Preston came out and provided same day service. They had all the parts needed on the truck. Very professional, polite and on time. Very thorough explanation of service he was going to provide and very neat and clean. Preston replaced my springs and bearings, pulleys and cables as well as all the rollers. I contacted Precision for garage door opener remote and wall unit that was not working. They came within an hour. I received a text with the technicians information and a time frame. I received a call from the technician with a more precise time. Trevor Perry was the technician and he was very professional and showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed, programmed the remotes and found an issue. He gave us several options for a resolution. He was very curious and professional and appreciated that he took his time to diagnose the issue we had with several options. Will definitely use Precision again.

Could not have been more pleased with this service. My garage door had partially come off the tracks and looked impossible to fix. Remembered TV ads for Precision Garage Doors. Called around 3 or so to request service. Preston called me back almost immediately and was here in 20 minutes or so. He sized up the situation, gave me the estimate and started to work. Though he had to rebuild the mechanisms, he was finished by 5:30 p.m. Also, I was not left with the possibility of spending the night with a half opened garage door. Preston was knowledgeable and adept in his work. I would definitely recommend and certainly use again if needed. Another plus, is that I now have a less noisy door.
