James is great. He explained everything he was doing and what the problem was. I had to have the springs and cables replaced on my garage door and he removed the old ones and had the new ones installed in just under an hour. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you!

The main spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door Company for service. Within two hours technician showed up, gave me an estimate and did the repair work the same day I called. That was like a miracle. I was able to put my car back into the garage like nothing ever happened. Very happy with the work done and the unbelievable service. Thank you very much!
