Had a great experience with Precision! My old garage doors were loud, unbalanced, and had some structural damage. Got an appointment on the same day I called and before Derek H. left, he made sure all issues were resolved. He was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this business!

I called due to problems with my garage door and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Michael was my service tech. He did a wonderful job of fixing all problems and in a timely matter. Josh was very professional and knowledgeable. Replaced the opener in about an hour. Will definitely refer Precision Doors. Liked the way they sent information on which technician to come, Josh.

Very professional young men. They tried to figure out the problem and did a couple of things that might help. Time will tell if we continue to have the problems. I'm beginning to think we should not have gotten the new opener before talking to Precision.

My garage door quit working and I called Precision Garage Doors late in the afternoon on a Thursday fully expecting to get a computer but was very excited when a person answered the phone. I told the very sweet lady that answered the phone my problem and she was able to get a technician out the very next morning. The technician was James W and he called and said he could come a little earlier than the scheduled appointment. Once he got here he assessed the repairs needed and was very professional. I was surprised when he said he could make the repairs right then. A couple of hours later my garage door was repaired and worked better than it had ever worked!!! I will tell everyone I know what an excellent company Precision is!
