Whoever does the email correspondence and/or sets up the appointments should be honest and forthcoming. I had to ask 3 times how much a diagnosis fee was. 49.95, but was assured the technician does a 25 point inspection so I felt relieved that my money would be earned properly. The owner of this company should ask what model garage door opener i have because the technician arrived, took one look, and stated, oh we cannot get parts for that brand. Then he proceeds to open the door and tell me that it's too heavy, the spring is worn and that i need a new opener. I was upset that he didn't even touch the opener to press a single button. Even if it was a temporary fix, he should have tried to service the machine and get it functional. Instead, he refused and apologized that I wasn't happy with his findings. I said I'm just unhappy with the whole situation. I should have been asked what brand my model is to avoid wasting my time and money if you only carry specific parts. Also, he should have tried to diagnose the actual opener to see for himself what it was doing.

I picked your company because there was a sticker on the door with your number on it. I would like to have a itemized list of the work done. Honestly the price seems exorbitant. My job took him exactly 30 minutes using what appeared to be one specialized tool and one part to replace. I seriously doubt that I will recommend your company to anyone I care about.
