Derick did a very good job removing and installing a new belt drive bar. My only complaint is the cost of the belt drive bar. I did not research pricing before I called Precision Garage Door Service. If I had done my research first, I would have replaced the entire garage door opener assembly at a lot less cost.

We Seen you on your television add called you on the phone —right away a human being answered Lady was very helpful on the phone and polite kind efficient . .Hunter was right on time when they said they’d be here the very next morning quick respond . Hunter was very helpful when he arrived. Very polite asked me my problems. He explained everything to us and what we needed, and why our problem was happening. We felt very comfortable with him. I thought I just needed a simple repair for my 5-year old garage door, but as it turns out, I opted for a complete rebuild since there was more than one issue needing attention. It was pricey, but several components were replaced (over a dozen parts were installed.) I was pleased to have the repairs completed the same day I requested service. The five year warranty on all the parts installed today gives me peace of mind. The technician, Derek, was professional, personable and competent.

Whoever does the email correspondence and/or sets up the appointments should be honest and forthcoming. I had to ask 3 times how much a diagnosis fee was. 49.95, but was assured the technician does a 25 point inspection so I felt relieved that my money would be earned properly. The owner of this company should ask what model garage door opener i have because the technician arrived, took one look, and stated, oh we cannot get parts for that brand. Then he proceeds to open the door and tell me that it's too heavy, the spring is worn and that i need a new opener. I was upset that he didn't even touch the opener to press a single button. Even if it was a temporary fix, he should have tried to service the machine and get it functional. Instead, he refused and apologized that I wasn't happy with his findings. I said I'm just unhappy with the whole situation. I should have been asked what brand my model is to avoid wasting my time and money if you only carry specific parts. Also, he should have tried to diagnose the actual opener to see for himself what it was doing.

I picked your company because there was a sticker on the door with your number on it. I would like to have a itemized list of the work done. Honestly the price seems exorbitant.
