While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

Josh came out with an assistant and I told him that the garage door opener was broken and we needed a new one. I told him that I wanted to add a key pad and upgrade to a larger opener and Josh and his assistant were done with in an hour taking down the old and installing the new one. When I am ready to get a new garage door I am going to call Precision because they are top notch!

We have been very impressed with his work ethic and how he represents this Company in a professional manner. Robert calls before he arrives and makes sure we are satisfied with the job before he leaves. He was considerate to wear a facial mask while he was here, for our protection and his. I am going to sell my home and got it inspected and found out the door opener is out dated, so I called you people, you fixed the door before so I called you people again and the man (Chris Breedlove) was the repairman, he told me about the opener why it didn't pass, it was a old one, no stop return when touch and no eyes on the bottom of the track. My door was opening crooked and was very loud. Chris was my tech and he did a great job. He was very nice and professional. He showed up early witch I appreciated and he was well informed. He also did a great job explaining how the door worked and how to maintain it. Turned out to be a simple fix and was charged very fair price. Was very happy with the whole process.

I called on Saturday and they offered to come repair our door on sunday morning with no extra charge because it was sunday. They were friendly and fixed the door explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it. I would give them a five star rating.
