We Seen you on your television add called you on the phone —right away a human being answered Lady was very helpful on the phone and polite kind efficient . .Hunter was right on time when they said they’d be here the very next morning quick respond . Hunter was very helpful when he arrived. Very polite asked me my problems. He explained everything to us and what we needed, and why our problem was happening. We felt very comfortable with him. Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions with ease and displayed a complete understanding of all subject matter discussed. He performed multiple services during the four hours he was here. His initial estimate was presented in an easy to understand format. Some of the services were: replaced weather stripping, replace door one keypad, upgrade door one with battery pack, complete replacement of door two opener with genie 3120 pro series smart garage door opener including belt rail, remote, keypad and all new parts needed to install. He also took the time to realign the doors instead of using spacers that were used by previous service. Everything from calling to make appointment to service and payment process was done with ease and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and specifically request Thomas Wright...
