Same day service fair prices quality work. Trevor Perry was promptly early and explained all the options available for the issues I was having with the garage door. Ultimately decided to do a complete repair and change out the worn parts. Trevor had this project completed in what I think is record time. Garage door works better now than when new. I called early on a Friday afternoon not expecting an appointment until Monday. But to my great surprise, they sent out a technician later that afternoon! Terrific! Patrick showed up and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We explained our problems and gave us suggestions of how to get our unit running better and last longer. There was no pressure and he was very upfront with the cost and future recommendations. If we have any work in the future, we would specifically ask for Patrick. Great job. We are. I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could.
