I have used Precision Garage door in the past and have excellent service each time I've used them. Their staff is so courteous and helpful. The technicians arrive on time, are very professional, knowledgeable, and do a great job. They ask your need and expertly perform the work. Six years ago we had a beautiful door installed by Tommy Gatlin. Today we had Tommy come out as we needed to fix a broken spring. First let me say that Tommy is very responsive by text as we had just reached out to him this morning and he was able to get to us this afternoon. Tommy explained to us what he recommended and we opted to not only replace the broken spring but several other parts as well that would give us an additional 7 years of warranty for the moving parts. When we originally looked at putting in a new door, we had 2-3 different companies come out. We are very glad that we ended up choosing Precision Garage Door and highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new door or just needing repairs.
