Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions with ease and displayed a complete understanding of all subject matter discussed. He performed multiple services during the four hours he was here. His initial estimate was presented in an easy to understand format. Some of the services were: replaced weather stripping, replace door one keypad, upgrade door one with battery pack, complete replacement of door two opener with genie 3120 pro series smart garage door opener including belt rail, remote, keypad and all new parts needed to install. He also took the time to realign the doors instead of using spacers that were used by previous service. Everything from calling to make appointment to service and payment process was done with ease and professionally. I called Precision because that is the only company name I could remember. They came to my home within 1 hour of the call and did an inspection that I observed. I knew I had some problems before they came. The technician gave a bid for a complete rebuild but not changing doors. We agreed and he got to work and 3 hours later he was finished.
