James Wells was excellent in representing your company - Precision. I received a text with his info and picture before he arrived. He called and advised he could be earlier than scheduled and was very professional in all of his dealings with me. He was polite, knowledgeable, and customer friendly in replacing the garage door opener. EXCELLANT SERVICE! Prompt, and our Technician did an amazing job fixing the door that I back my car into and even though it was freezing cold he worked like a trouper getting it banged out and back in operation. Derek arrive on time well within the first hour of service scheduled time. He asked what my concerns were about the door operating. He made his assessment and offered several measures to correct the problem. His workmanship excellent and he represented Precision Garage Door very professionally. The repair was for providing new springs,rollers and cables on my two garage doors.

We selected Precision Garage Door Service after reviewing most of the surveys and ratings on the Internet for the Knoxville area. We were specifically looking for Garage Door repair companies with several years of service and technicians with 5-Star ratings. Precision Garage Door Service was our choice. After calling we were called back by a very professional receptionist who answered all our questions and had a technician call back within minutes stating he could be at our house in 45 minutes. Dereck, the technician arrived soon thereafter, and after discussing our problem, he did an excellent job of diagnosing, explaining, and repairing our doors. Dereck was very friendly, professional, and quiet worthy of a 5-Star ratings!

I used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were excellent. This time I was in trouble with a broken large garage door that would not close. The temperature was below freezing. The technician arrived after calling us. He got right to it and disassembled the door to be able to close it. I am buying a complete door from Reliable.
