I called early on a Friday afternoon not expecting an appointment until Monday. But to my great surprise, they sent out a technician later that afternoon! Terrific! Patrick showed up and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We explained our problems and gave us suggestions of how to get our unit running better and last longer. There was no pressure and he was very upfront with the cost and future recommendations. If we have any work in the future, we would specifically ask for Patrick. Great job. We are. I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will never call anyone else when my old door needs work! Derrick was great!! Wonderful company!!

We have always used Precision. We had our spring replaced several years ago, motor went out 4-5 yrs ago and 6-8 wks ago had to have the sensors replaced. Always good to come 24-48 hrs after calling for appt. Willing to answer and explain any questions. We would not use anyone else!
