Chris Pease came to my house today (Sunday) to fix my garage door. I had a little sticker shock about the price but I think everything still costs a couple hundred bucks. Chris understood what I wanted and didn’t push too hard to upsell which I really appreciated. Chris was at my house within 30 minutes of my call for service, did excellent work, and didn’t leave any mess. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences maintaining my home but this wasn’t one of them. A+

The installer, Chris Pease, let me know well in advance of his arrival by text and phone call. Chris was very friendly and engaging. After he arrived he explained what needed to be repaired (coil spring) on my garage door, which was 10 years old and an original contractor-grade installation. He completed the work in about an hour and now it is working wonderfully. I'm not sure if the price was competitive because I didn't secure multiple estimates before proceeding with the work. But the repair was needed on a Saturday and not many companies listed in my Google search were responding to service calls on the weekend.

My garage doors were over 40 years old and had never been serviced! we have only had the property for 6 years. Hunter replaced the springs, discs, rollers, bottom seal,mounting plates and added a stability beam at the top of the door. The service was done very quickly and professionally. He showed me all of the parts that needed replacing and explained the reason behind the replacement. He even moved the old sensors, so they would not be affected as much by sunlight. Our Garage Door was rebounding when we attempted to close it. Our technician Peyton quickly diagnosed it was due to a faulty spring which was still under warranty.
