The service technician replaced a number of parts that were completely unnecessary. These included new springs (the existing springs were just a few years old), rollers, cables, and two 16 foot struts (we already had two 16 foot struts on the door). The total bill was over $1800. I do not plan to use Precision Garage Door Service again.

I have been watching your commercials for a while. Did not think I would need anyone to fix my garage door on a new house. I am glad I called Precision to fixe my issue. They were on time and explained why my door of 8 years broke down. James Wells was AWESOME!! My garage door never was quiet, but when James finished, it was so much quieter. I would recommend them to anyone and would call them back for any issue. Hope that helps anyone doubting them.

I had a first world problem this morning, with my 26 year old garage door opener that decided to kick the bucket. I googled garage door was repair and Precision came up, with the highest rating and so I made an appointment, happily enough, for two hours later. I got a call from James less than an hour later and he arrived in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and I received a reasonable quote to fix the problem. New opener, new remotes, new keypad and warranties as well. James was nice and did not try to be pushy and upsell things I did not need. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Spring Check Up. Precision Door is fast to respond, friendly techs, and they get the fix right the first time. Today was a spring tune-up. We took advantage of the offer. A nephew Adam Nelson had me call you last year for my elderly neighbor I look after to install a garage door opener. He called and advised he could be earlier than scheduled and was very professional in all of his dealings with me. I used Precision Garage Door Service before and they were excellent. This time I was in trouble with a broken large garage door that would not close. The temperature was below freezing. The technician arrived after calling us. He got right to it and disassembled the door to be able to close it. I am buying a complete door from Reliable.

We have seen the Precision Door ads on TV and decided to call Precision Door and another Garage door company. We called Precision Door first. We were so taken by the friendliness of the receptionist that we did not call the other door company. They were able to schedule us for the veery same day for between 2PM and 4PM. They said that the technician would call when he was on his way. We got a phone call, and email and a text at 12:32 PM saying the James Wells was on his way. We needed the weather strip on the bottom of the door replaced. James replaced it, checked the door for operation and told us that the door needed to be lubricated. He showed us where and how the door needed to be lubricated and what to use. He told us this needed to be done every year. He did not pressure us to let him do it. He said that we could do it ourselves, but he would do it if we wanted him to do it. We are so satisfied with Precision Door that we will never call anyone else. We even told our neighbor that she has the same problem that we did, and she should call Precision Door.
