I just moved to this house, & the garage door decided to not come down. Most of my belongings were still in the garage, now open for anyone to see & carry off. Precision's technician/fixer/installer Thomas was excellent. After examining the door on this older home, he explained IN GREAT DETAIL how it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new door. He showed me the figures to back himself up. I have ordered a door. I'll give another review after the door is installed.

I saw your ad in the Yellowbook, recalled that I may have used your company before and appreciated the $10 off for referring to the ad (I don't believe I received this discount? It doesn't appear on invoice #01022725.) A minor service request led to a much bigger repair; however, Patrick really worked with me to show me my options and the doors now purr like kittens.

Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).

The tech was on time. The tech assessed why door did not open. He was professional and friendly. My wife and I chose to get a new opener with pad and remotes. We hope that only future follow up work will be just as good.

I was very impressed with the man you sent out and the quality of work he performed. My door which needed a rebuilt kit is working great and was done in a timely manner. I think my only reservation was that your prices appear to be on the high side. If they were a bit lower that would have given you a 5 star rating.

I was impressed with the Yellow Pages advertisement. All of the elements were encouraging. The coupon, senior and military discouts were attractive. The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not the work to be done measures up to the expectations developed by the service call.

I had a broken spring and worn out rollers. They replaced the springs,rollers,cables and various brackets. They arrived in the 2 hour window given and finished about an hour and a half later. Overall, I was pleased although I thought the price was a little high.

We called for an estimate to fix a mess we have with doors that were replaced improperly when we first moved into our house. We limped along as long as we could will poorly working framework until one of the doors failed. Caleb was great looking at what we have and giving us a couple options on what we can do fix our problems. Very professional!!

The service was good but they were over an hour past the range. I wasn't told on the phone that I couldn't use both of my coupons even though I asked the girl on the phone multiple times about the costs and told her I had 2 coupons. I was upset that my bill went from 225 to 455. Finally, I never received an invoice thru my email as promised, only a survey. Thomas was very nice.

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained my situation thoroughly. He inspected the garage door and explained what needed to be done to correct its operation. The solution to our immediate problem was to tighten the battery tabs in the openers. This made the $65 service fee seem a bit high.

My garage door opener broke last night and I needed it repaired. I could have tried to fix it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I researched companies on the internet and Precision had good reviews, so I called. Mary Ann, your receptionist, was very good, polite and helpful and got me an appointment to have your tech come the same day. Patrick did a great job and the new opener is better, plus the door is now safer and has more features. Thank you.
