As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

Thank you so much! Will recommend Precision to everyone! On Monday we discovered that the spring on our old manual garage door had broken & actually flew across the garage. So thankful that it happened during the night and not while we were in garage. We called Precision & explained the situation and within a few hours they sent someone to dismantle the other side/spring.(at no charge). At this point we had not even decided on where to purchase new door. The young man who came out was very helpful, courteous & professional. We asked him for an estimate on new door. We then called & talked with “door lady” who gave us three options. We called back the next day & ordered door and two days later we had a new door. I have used your company before. Motor garage door opener needed to be replaced. Technician did a great job. One thing though ( not that a big of the deal) the sales man came on Friday gave me a less price for senior discount. But the Technician gave me a higher price and said the salesperson gives and estimated price only. After I reviewed the invoice I received via email, I realized that he didn’t take the senior discount off. I called your office, and the lady said she will immediately send a message to the manager and will refund me the discount amount. I was pleased with that. It is just to point out that it should be a little better Communication by putting note on special pricing for the technician. At the end I am very pleased with your office and the service.
