It is Black Friday, Nov.28. It is 5 am and I am getting ready to take my wife to my daughter's house for shopping. I pushed the automatic door opener and heard what sounded like a gun blast as the cable/spring snapped off. I called Precision Garage Door since we were past customers for over 14 years. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and sympathetic to our predicament. The technician, Chris Pease, called, texted, and arrived promptly on time even though it was the day after Thanksgiving on a busy Black Friday. He was very pleasant, thorough, and did an excellent repair job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and their technician, Chris Pease, should you need repairs on your garage door.

My garage door would not open or close, they were out to repair within hours. My opener was 14 year old but he tried to repair but to old for parts. He offered me 2 options , I choose and he installed a new one. I also needed a new Keypad which he replaced. Overall I was very pleased. Thank you Chris

Chris was the tech who replaced the springs on my garage door today (Sunday) after 1 of them broke late last night. I called early this morning and was speaking with a scheduling person within minutes. Again, this was Sunday at 8 am. Chris arrived when I was told he would and was great - very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what happened and how he would be repairing my garage door. Highly recommended!

Work was fine. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant for a repair. I was given choices for repair but lowest price meant waiting 2-4 weeks for parts which in this era of overnight delivery is ridiculous. Have not received promised 5 year guarantee.

Chris has worked on my garage door twice. First replacing springs and rollers several years ago. Today he replaced my Genie motor. As advertised he had the parts on his truck and was able to replace it in an hour. I called in at noon today and he was here at 4pm same day. He stayed until I understood all of my new remotes and system.
