It was new year weekend and spring on Garage Door broke and I figured it wood be Tuesday before I could get Door fixed but Precision came out on Saturday and my tech was Chris and he was such a down to earth person.He had Door repaired in about 1 hrs and he explained what he did. I would give he a 5 star rating

I have never had such a quick response from any company ever. I called the office around 910 in the morning and I got called by a technician 3 minutes later and he said he was on the way. Everything was fixed and taken care of by 10 30.

I was happy and grateful that they were open the day after Thanksgiving. The young man, I can't remember his name arrived in less than an hour. As an older, single woman, I have to be able to depend on my garage door working. He was very nice, explained things to me, showed me how to work everything, and was just very nice.

I needed some work done on my garage door so I called Precision door services Knoxville. Chris called within a few minutes to let me know he was headed my way. His professionalism was outstanding. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He replaced springs, drums and the rubber seal in less that 2 hours. The price was reasonable and I received a veterans discount. If you need garage sor services I highly recommend this company. Call them directly not just the parent company you'll get a great job done.

Always choose them! Not only was I able to schedule a next day appointment, with an onlie agent, late in the evening- I have had an INCREDIBLE service! Chris Pease came out to service our garage door issues with closing. He explained areas that needed attention alongside garage door framing- an essential repair to ensure further repair success. After we meet with our contractor, we ONLY want our garage door continued services with Chris- from Precision Door Service! He rocks!

I am a 85 year old widow and I have to depend on others when things go wrong in my house. When my garage door would not open my daughter made the arrangement with your company to check out the problem. Of course the problem would happen on a weekend day. The service I received from Precision garage door service was exceptional in so many ways!! A spring on our garage broke, causing the door to essentially lock in the down position. My wife and I found ourselves in an emergency situation, unable to get either of our vehicles out of the garage, and to top it off, it was a Saturday morning going into a 3 day holiday. I really didn’t think I could get anyone to come out until well into the following week, leaving us in a real tough position. Then I contacted Precision garage service. My initial contact was through chat, on-line, where I spoke with Cameron. After explaining my situation, he set me up with an appointment for the next day between 8 to 11 AM! I contacted a few other services, and none could help as fast as Precision did. The next day, as promised, Chris from Precision called at 7:45 AM to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he did a very thorough inspection of our garage door, giving me a number of possible options. Chris was very friendly and professional. Once we agreed on the work, he got to it and finished replacing the broken springs, installed new rollers, new cables, inspected the opener, and insured everything was in operable condition, all within and hour!! The work was done professionally and expertly! Our 18 year old garage is like brand new now. And it was all done on a Sunday morning of a major holiday. I was extremely impressed!! I highly recommend Precision garage service for all your garage door needs, especially if you have an emergency like I did. Chris was an awesome technician who really knew his stuff! Don’t call anyone else if you need garage work. Leave it Precision. You’ll be very glad you did.

I called to have my garage door looked at since I was unable to close it when I was going to church. I called at 12:30 to get an appointment and a technician was here at 1:15. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He put in new springs, bearings, and rollers. It works much better and is much quieter. Everyone was great. Karen

Tech came the day I called and was on time. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and had the equipment including a new devise to fix it. He gave me an estimated time frame to have it fixed and it was. He took the time to explain each component and how to work it. have always used Precision in the past. They do great repair work. I was told that it was the alignment of the lens to lens as he checked everything else out. He noted that the problem should be solved, but if not to give a call. I banking on it being totally solved

As is likely typical for most people, our garage door decided to stop working with no warning. Our situation wasn't dire, but fixing it sooner than later was important. The first company we spoke with could get to us in about a week. We could make that work, but we preferred not to wait that long. Our next call was to Precision Door Service. The person we spoke with was friendly and focused on taking care of us, and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours. After the assessment, we were given a fantastic explanation of what was happening and how to fix it, including a price quote. We decided to move forward and expected to schedule something in the coming days...nope, he said I should be done in about 2 hours! We were shocked and delighted. The work was done well and much faster than we anticipated. Everyone we dealt with was professional and enjoyable to talk with. There is no doubt who we will recommend and reach out to if we have a need in the future. Precision Door Service is wonderful!

I have used Precision in past years and have been very happy with the courteousness of all involved including phone conversations, scheduling, promptness, explaining problems, and good instructions for new equipment. There was never a feeling of being pressured to purchase what wasn't needed. I will call them again in the future.
