I called to have my garage door looked at since I was unable to close it when I was going to church. I called at 12:30 to get an appointment and a technician was here at 1:15. Chris was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He put in new springs, bearings, and rollers. It works much better and is much quieter. Everyone was great. Karen

Tech came the day I called and was on time. He was able to find the problem almost immediately and had the equipment including a new devise to fix it. He gave me an estimated time frame to have it fixed and it was. He took the time to explain each component and how to work it. I am very pleased with the service I received and will certainly recommend the company to family and friends.

have always used Precision in the past. They do great repair work. I was told that it was the alignment of the lens to lens as he checked everything else out. He noted that the problem should be solved, but if not to give a call. I banking on it being totally solved

As is likely typical for most people, our garage door decided to stop working with no warning. Our situation wasn't dire, but fixing it sooner than later was important. The first company we spoke with could get to us in about a week. We could make that work, but we preferred not to wait that long. Our next call was to Precision Door Service. The person we spoke with was friendly and focused on taking care of us, and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours. After the assessment, we were given a fantastic explanation of what was happening and how to fix it, including a price quote. We decided to move forward and expected to schedule something in the coming days...nope, he said I should be done in about 2 hours! We were shocked and delighted. The work was done well and much faster than we anticipated. Everyone we dealt with was professional and enjoyable to talk with. There is no doubt who we will recommend and reach out to if we have a need in the future. Precision Door Service is wonderful!

I am so pleased with Precision garage door company. I could not open my garage door and needed to leave the house. Holiday weekend and they worked me into the schedule and repaired my garage door with new parts. excellent customer service was able to get a repairman in 30 min he was already in the drive way . he introduced himself and asked me what i needed help with i told him my main door spring broke he then inspected my garage door for any type of damage .which i thought was a great touch to the service the company provides .After his inspection he said ill fix you right up we will have your door working in about an 1hr and 30min .he went to work & the door was working in the time he said it would .he repaired in less time really .He is an expert who is very knowledgeable in his trade his attitude is great and he explains everything to you where you can understand it. thank you for your excellent workmanship and the super quick response. even waved the service fee along with a veterans discount. great company and the employees make it great to do business with thank you .again for everything . I will call for your services again

I picked your company because there was a sticker on the door with your number on it. I would like to have a itemized list of the work done. Honestly the price seems exorbitant. My job took him exactly 30 minutes using what appeared to be one specialized tool and one part to replace. I seriously doubt that I will recommend your company to anyone I care about.

About 8p my coil snapped without warning. I called around 9p, the customer service rep was competent and pleasant to talk to. She gave me an arrival window of 11a-1p the following day with a promise of a heads up phone call prior to arrival. The tech called me the following morning around 10a, said he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He showed up when he said he would. Once he was here, he identified all problems, explained everything to me including warranty information, cost, and time to repair. He got started right away, repaired/replaced everything in just over 2 hours. He was professional, friendly, and competent. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

Called Precision and got much needed "same day" service. The technician, Chris, actually called me to ask if an early arrival would be possible and was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explaining each phase of the work and allowing my questions and input. He performed a "fix" and an "upgrade" so that my old door is like new. He provided instructions, warranties for parts used, etc. and I now feel like a have a "NEW" door. Haven't been this pleased with service, work performed, and abilities of a technician in years. Probably won't need additional service soon but feel confident I've found my garage door team.

The service I received from Precision garage door service was exceptional in so many ways!! A spring on our garage broke, causing the door to essentially lock in the down position. My wife and I found ourselves in an emergency situation, unable to get either of our vehicles out of the garage, and to top it off, it was a Saturday morning going into a 3 day holiday. I really didn’t think I could get anyone to come out until well into the following week, leaving us in a real tough position. Then I contacted Precision garage service. My initial contact was through chat, on-line, where I spoke with Cameron. After explaining my situation, he set me up with an appointment for the next day between 8 to 11 AM! I contacted a few other services, and none could help as fast as Precision did. The next day, as promised, Chris from Precision called at 7:45 AM to let me know he was on his way. When he arrived, he did a very thorough inspection of our garage door, giving me a number of possible options. Chris was very friendly and professional. Once we agreed on the work, he got to it and finished replacing the broken springs, installed new rollers, new cables, inspected the opener, and insured everything was in operable condition, all within and hour!! The work was done professionally and expertly! Our 18 year old garage is like brand new now. And it was all done on a Sunday morning of a major holiday. I was extremely impressed!! I highly recommend Precision garage service for all your garage door needs, especially if you have an emergency like I did. Chris was an awesome technician who really knew his stuff! Don’t call anyone else if you need garage work. Leave it Precision. You’ll be very glad you did.
