Trevor was nice and professional but we ended up paying $65 for a sales pitch for overpriced and unnecessary parts and services in my opinion. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Mr. Patrick Stockton was our technician. His customer service is over the top. Mr. Patrick kept us informed of progress before he even arrived at our house. Additionally, he patiently waited for us to get home, he showed and explained what was needed to repair our garage door, he moved heavy items that were in the way of his work and moved them back when the job was complete. He is the best and we highly recommend him. Thank you, Mr. Patrick!!!

Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours. Derek was very professional and courteous and explained everything in detail. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

The technician arrived at the appointed time, notifying me when he was on the way. He was prompt in diagnosing the problem. He explained my options after checking to see if there were alternatives. Before completing the work, he gave me an accurate quote. The work was completed within the timeframe he quoted. After changing the motor, he made sure to walk me through how to operate the new equipment and answered any questions I had. The bill presented to me was as quoted. I would not hesitate to use Precision's services again.

I was a previous customer and received prompt, courteous service beginning with the initial contact and thorough out the actual repair. The technician Derek H communicated his estimated arrival time, he was knowledgeable and efficient and pointed out not only what I knew was a broken spring but also a frayed cable that would soon bring additional problems, both items were replaced in a timely manner. Derek is a delightful young man and represents your company well.

Tyler C showed up within the window given and jumped right on the job at hand. He listened to my concerns with the seal at the bottom of the door and came up with a solution. It worked perfectly and the cost was in line what I was given. This is my second time using this company and if the need arises in the future I will use them again.

The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.
