Extremely satisfied: I didn't expect a same-day appointment, James arrived 2 hours after I called. James assessed my garage door needs and offered a couple solutions. I expected him to schedule a time to come back but was very happy to find out James came to work. He completed the work quickly and now my garage doors are working smooth as butter. These guys were hands down amazing! A little back story, I had been trying to reach our normal repair guys since the night before just to find out this morning they couldn't get to us until next week, all the while, my car is stuck in the garage. So that wasn't going to work. Put in calls to 3 other companies and this company came through times 1000. Same day service (I'm talking within a few hours). Our technician, Alex, was phenomenal. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable, honest, prompt, courteous... all the qualities you want/need! These guys will definitely be our go-to from now on. I will recommend them to everyone!

Our garage door opener malfunctioned and Precision door came within just a few hours of us calling. It wasn't going to be worth repairing our old opener, so they installed a new opener and belt drive. It also came with a keypad and remotes. The keypad was a nice upgrade. The whole process took less than 2hours. The new opener is very quiet, much quieter than our old belt driven opener. We couldn't be happier with the service or product.

So happy with precision. Patrick was awesome. We had everything but the original garage doors repaired/replaced. Arrived when promised. We actually took recommendation from Patrick when he arrived to look at the doors and repair. We needed so much more and that was fine. We have known awhile that they needed repaired so we just had everything done at once. Patrick answered all our questions and worked up our estimate before everything was scheduled for the upcoming week. Highly recommend precision. Also i do not know of many other garage door companies that offer lifetime warranties on certain components. We greatly appreciate Patrick,Scott and Miss Holly they answered all questions, made the entire process extremely easy and instilled trust with the company and the products we purchased. We are now customers for life.
