I used this company in 2017 for a replacement garage door. They were fair, friendly and great service. Yesterday my springs literally blew and I could not get my door raised to get my car out. I called late at night thinking I would have to leave a message. Much to my surprise a very nice gentleman answered and set an appointment for the next day. Jon Warwick is the technician that showed up. He was the same person that installed my door in 2017. It says a lot about a company that can keep employees that long. It's rare. Jon was excellent. He was thorough, timely, friendly, professional and overall did an excellent job. Thank you! I would recommend this company ????.

I CALLED FOR BROKEN SPRING REPLACEMENT ON A SINGLE 3 PANEL DOOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS INSTALLATION. I AM UPSET THAT I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AVERAGE COST OF THIS SERVICE. I PAID $1,123. HIS LOWEST QUOTE WAS $995. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN QUOTED $250 TO $350 BY ANOTHER COMPANY. HE SAID THEY QUOTE LOW AND THEN ADD ON OTHER COSTS. I HAVE NOW CHECKED ON INTERNET AND OTHER COMPANIES AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS AN 80 YEAR OLD FEMALE. THIS WAS MORE THAN MY $1,073 SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK FOR THIS MONTH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY CHEATED!!!

Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. I called today and w/i a few hours, Hayden came to the house to repair the door. He presented himself in a professional and personal manner. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and expedited manner of his repair! Hayden is an asset to the company! The cost of repair was very reasonable! Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... They are great...One more thing the price had not gone up a cent from their last visit...thanks jim

Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!

As is likely typical for most people, our garage door decided to stop working with no warning. Our situation wasn't dire, but fixing it sooner than later was important. The first company we spoke with could get to us in about a week. We could make that work, but we preferred not to wait that long. Our next call was to Precision Door Service. The person we spoke with was friendly and focused on taking care of us, and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours. After the assessment, we were given a fantastic explanation of what was happening and how to fix it, including a price quote. We decided to move forward and expected to schedule something in the coming days...nope, he said I should be done in about 2 hours! We were shocked and delighted. The work was done well and much faster than we anticipated. Everyone we dealt with was professional and enjoyable to talk with. There is no doubt who we will recommend and reach out to if we have a need in the future. Precision Door Service is wonderful!

We used Precision Door Service a few years ago and remembered how quickly they arrived to repair our garage door, so when we had an issue with one of the sensors we remembered how quickly and efficiently the work was done . The repairman was at our house less than two hours after our call and repaired a short in one of the sensors.

Patrick called before he arrived and was on time. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The motor was bad and had to be replaced.There was no mess when he left. The door was repaired before he left. This did not require another appointment. He had all the parts with him. Would recommend Precision Garage Doors and will use them again.
