I found Precision Doors on Google searching for a company to fix our automatic garage door. It is a very large garage door on a shop, quiet larger than an average garage door. I called that morning and Josh arrived exactly when he said he would the same day. He is very professional, kind and HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I am so very impressed with him and the company. Their prices are reasonable and most of all they are right on time! If you have a garage door issue, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!!

my door was making way to much noise i thought it would break into, Tommy came out quickly saw the problems my door had and told us what it would coast to repair, it was a little pricey however I had the work done and the door is so quite you can sleep through the opening and closing of the door now, great work and Tommy was a professional thank you

The garage door torsion spring snapped in two at 6:15 in the morning and I gave Precision Doors a call at 6:30 a.m. and they were here by 8:30. My technician James was very curtious and knowledgeable. He had my door fixed in 30 minutes great job James and Precision Doors. I would definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I found your listing in Mint Magazine, and as I had been out of town and had no one else to help, I called your number. When the repairman came I explained I needed for the door to open and close and it wouldn't and I was fairly certain it wasn't too bad because the same thing had happened to my husband and he fixed it very easily. Your repairman Patrick Stockton, told me the emergency cord had been released so that the door could be opened if the electricity went out. He put the cord back in position and the door immediately opened and shut with the electric opener. He said that since he was here and there was a $65 service charge he would look the door over and inspect and tell me what he found. After his inspection he told me he had found frayed wire, pulleys that needed replacement I asked how much he said $523.00 with the discounts allowed. I told him I wanted to talk with my sons and his immediate response was "You don't trust me?" I felt a bit intimidated and told him to go ahead. While he was working I went on line and did some research. I could have had a new Genie installed for less that this repair bill. I feel like I was taken advantage of and am extremely disappointed in your company. I have to take responsibility for this since I gave permission for the repair, but I have learned a valuable lesson. I will go with my gut feeling from now on and not be intimidated by anyone.
