I was able to get same day service by a technician who was thorough and experienced. He told me what I needed, what other options were and then did what he told me he was going to do. I think the repair was expensive but i had no choice. Either replace a rusty spring or risk possible injury or more expense at a later date. The repair man did an excellent job in a timely manner. I wish he could have had the weather stripping on his truck to finish the repair but I will do that myself at a later date. Suggestion to the company: start carrying the weather strips.

Over the weekend, my garage door torsion spring snapped leaving my vehicle inside with no way to get out. After delayed by a local competitor, my wife suggested Precision Door. I called today and w/i a few hours, Hayden came to the house to repair the door. He presented himself in a professional and personal manner. The keypad garage door opener had stopped working and didn't work even with new batteries. I called Precision because I have used them before. The technician came the very day I called, quickly identified the problem (the keypad opener had gone bad), and installed a new opener. He was very pleasant and took less than fifteen minutes.

The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, and I'm sure that's how you make all your money!! Best wishes to you all. We hope we never need to use you again for our garage door, but if we do need you, you're first on our list.

Our garage door was acting weird not closing right, noisy and was afraid it was going to fall off the track. I called on a Saturday to get an appointment was able to talk to someone. We got an appointment on Wednesday (my choice). Duncan came out checked the door out called the DH explained everything and we got a new opener, wheels, openers, and many other pieces and parts. Duncan was knowledgeable efficient and got the job down. Enjoyed the fact he did not have to come back another day. The door is so quite. This experience was enjoyable. Thank you

Service rep was very helpful with programing my stubborn remote for the garage door. He also programed my car remote to work as a backup. He lubricated the rollers and other parts of the door to eliminate a lot of the noise. 27 year old garage door now opens a lot smoother.
