I have been concerned about my garage door since I moved here 4 years ago and decided to call Precision. I am so thankful I did. I got a text that Thomas would be arriving in 30 minutes which was during the time fame I was given and it had his picture and a short profile of him. He went over everything and took care of everything and was so careful to explain everything to me as I am an 80 year old. He was so curious and neat in his work. I really can't tell you how much I was impressed in him and his work. Afterwards he went over everything and set the opener for me in my car and was just a pleasure to meet. Thank you for such a wonderful service and I fully intend to spread the word.

When an issue occurred with the sensors for the opener, I asked my neighbor if he could give a recommendation for a garage door service. He highly recommended Precision and he was absolutely right. From the front office for scheduling to the technician for the work, everything was professional, friendly, courteous, and well done. I was very impressed with Thomas, the technician. He listened attentively to my “story” before doing a thorough assessment. He gave me several different options all the way from a simple quick fix to pro-active longer term upgrades since mine were old, all of which had reasonable pricing. He then set about to complete the work in an efficient, obviously very experienced manner. Chris Pease came to my house today (Sunday) to fix my garage door. I had a little sticker shock about the price but I think everything still costs a couple hundred bucks. Chris understood what I wanted and didn’t push too hard to upsell which I really appreciated. Chris was at my house within 30 minutes of my call for service, did excellent work, and didn’t leave any mess. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences maintaining my home but this wasn’t one of them. A+

The installer, Chris Pease, let me know well in advance of his arrival by text and phone call. Chris was very friendly and engaging. After he arrived he explained what needed to be repaired (coil spring) on my garage door, which was 10 years old and an original contractor-grade installation. He completed the work in about an hour and now it is working wonderfully. I'm not sure if the price was competitive because I didn't secure multiple estimates before proceeding with the work. But the repair was needed on a Saturday and not many companies listed in my Google search were responding to service calls on the weekend.

It was pricey, but several components were replaced (over a dozen parts were installed.) I was pleased to have the repairs completed the same day I requested service. My garage was popping and sticking and the motor was threatening to quit so I gave Precision a call just to see if someone could come and take a look at what was going on and get a quote. I was not expecting the speed at which this company moved! I had Trevor out here within an hour taking a look. He gave me numerous options I could review with prices, expectations, etc. It made my decision extremely easy. Then to find out he could install immediately...mind blown. I was up and running with a new motor and all the necessary things that needed replacing after 16 years and not the best original equipment. I was very pleased with the whole experience. Our door was unreliable in opening and closing, sometimes working with the remote and sometimes not. A technician came out within 3 hours of our call. Maruf was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. He changed out our old motor and drive system in less than an hour. He even went beyond to program my car with the remote signal. My garage doors were over 40 years old and had never been serviced! we have only had the property for 6 years. Hunter replaced the springs, discs, rollers, bottom seal,mounting plates and added a stability beam at the top of the door. The service was done very quickly and professionally. He showed me all of the parts that needed replacing and explained the reason behind the replacement. He even moved the old sensors, so they would not be affected as much by sunlight. The service was done quickly and professionally.

Hunter was very knowledgable and explained clearly what happened and what needed to be done to correct the current damage and replacement of existing parts that potentially would soon go bad. I think it was a bit overpriced but I am pleased with how the door now operates and I expect to not have any future isssues. Very reassuring. I would call Precision for any future work.
