Thomas totally rehabilitated our two garage doors that now work perfectly! Outstanding expertise, professionalism, and courteous service. I highly recommend if you want your garage doors fixed or repaired the right way, the first time for a reasonable price. Fast response, punctual arrival, and it only took a couple of hours for a very complex job that involved new springs, rollers, and all new hardware. Thank you!

We called Precision Garage Door service on a Friday in a pinch needing help with our garage door before the weekend and feel that we were taken advantage of with pricing. I knew nothing about garage doors or how much it should cost and figured we were looking at a few hundred dollars to fix a broken spring issue. $1600 later and our garage door works. We were in a pinch and I felt that the technician knew I knew nothing about garage doors and took advantage of that by claiming “You have an extremely dangerous garage door” and selling us a whole kit that we may not have needed and having small children that scared me. We went ahead with the service and in the meantime I was googling and calling around to other services to find out we were likely overpaying substantially. I tried to stop him but in a matter of 10 minutes he said that it was all already installed lol. I don’t blame the technician, he was nice enough and offered a “10% discount” but this company has crazy prices and bad sales practices. I will never call this company again and I will tell everyone I know to look elsewhere.

Derick did a very good job removing and installing a new belt drive bar. My only complaint is the cost of the belt drive bar. I did not research pricing before I called Precision Garage Door Service. If I had done my research first, I would have replaced the entire garage door opener assembly at a lot less cost.

We Seen you on your television add called you on the phone —right away a human being answered Lady was very helpful on the phone and polite kind efficient . .Hunter was right on time when they said they’d be here the very next morning quick respond . Hunter was very helpful when he arrived. Very polite asked me my problems. He explained everything to us and what we needed, and why our problem was happening. We felt very comfortable with him.
