My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing." Great people, called and he was on site a couple of hours later. Diagnosed the problem and had a quote ready in around 15 minutes. I liked the quote, said, "ok," and he started work. Had to pretty much take everything down and replaced most of it for a very fair price. Knowledgeable service person, took less than an hour. From the person who answered the phone to the rep that came and fixed things to the owner that did a follow up - A1. Great people.

Preston and his coworker were outstanding! Preston came by himself yesterday and saw my issue with my garage door. He explained the options he could perform to resolve my issue from least expensive to replacing the entire/internal parts. I chose the replacement options and he finished what he could yesterday and brought a coworker with him the next day to complete the job. Very satisfied with both gentlemen as the answered all questions I had as well as explaining questions I may have had later. Top Notch! They cleaned up as well and hauled off all old items. Will definitely suggest your company to my friends. The lady answering the phone was super helpful and professional as well.

What a great experience having our garage doors serviced! We contacted Precision because we were having difficulty with both of our garage doors. They were able to quickly set an appointment and they sent Derek out as our serviceman. Not only did he show up on time, was knowledgeable and hardworking, but he was so pleasant to work with! We ended up ultimately getting 2 new motors, rollers, etc. which was probably due after 25 years. I will say, these are the quietest our doors have ever been opening and closing! We also now have keypads on each as well. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone!

The equipment that I purchased was a 18 foot door, all the rails, and the opener. The 2 installers were on time. They took the old door and hardware down and replaced with the new door and opener in 2.5 hrs. All the equipment works great and is very quite. The installers worked great together and did a great job making sure I was pleased!!! All in all a fantastic job.

was very happy with tech he was excellant and solved problem and new what was wrong right away here is my problem i bought this opener and you installed it from day one had trouble with key pad you came 3 or 4 times to correct this called genie had real problem with them could not get it to do anything after talking to them as for bill i think 140 00 to fix a 15 min problem is poor 75 for labor then 65 for service call is double dippen and no parts involved am not to happy about this
