It is Black Friday, Nov.28. It is 5 am and I am getting ready to take my wife to my daughter's house for shopping. I pushed the automatic door opener and heard what sounded like a gun blast as the cable/spring snapped off. I called Precision Garage Door since we were past customers for over 14 years. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and sympathetic to our predicament. The technician, Chris Pease, called, texted, and arrived promptly on time even though it was the day after Thanksgiving on a busy Black Friday. He was very pleasant, thorough, and did an excellent repair job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service, and their technician, Chris Pease, should you need repairs on your garage door.

My garage door would not open or close, they were out to repair within hours. My opener was 14 year old but he tried to repair but to old for parts. He offered me 2 options , I choose and he installed a new one. I also needed a new Keypad which he replaced. Overall I was very pleased. Thank you Chris

Once again, I had a strange problem with my garage door. It would stop going down about a foot away from the bottom and go back up. I did the most common inventory of "what could it be" and nothing helped. I called Precision to have someone come out and check. Trevor arrived within his estimated time and went right to work. In less that an hour, he had fixed the problem and sprayed the rollers and hinges, adjusted the frame on both sides and made sure the door worked properly. What a blessing for his attention to detail and determination to fix this problem. Thank you Trevor!

I can’t recommend this company enough! From getting the appointment with the receptionist who was wonderful to when Derek came out and evaluated our garage door issues and provided options. Just top notch all the way!! He was super nice and professional and got promptly to work. He was easy to understand and let us know what all he was going to be doing. I hope all of their employees are as wonderful as Derek. I’ll always use this company for garage door issues. This was the 2nd time we have had them out and they’re always reliable!!! I called to have my garage door opener looked at, then your tech came and told us that we need to upgrade are openers. Instead of just giving us a quote and letting us talk about it and he took advantage of my wife’s good nature and got her to do the service and she knows nothing about garage doors or anything. I would have like to have had a phone call or something when it came to this big of a deal. $4,200 is ridiculous. I think we was rip off

Fabulous experience! Precision was quick to handle our garage door needs when my Mom's garage spring snapped. They took care of us the following day. They sent several follow-up text & confirmations including approx. arrival time. This communication was very helpful in my Mom coordinating the garage repair with her work schedule.
