We called for help with a broken spring on our garage door at 4:15 on Friday prepared to wait till Monday or Tuesday for someone to come out. Hunter was there before 5:30!! Great service, explained everything he was fixing. Awesome tech! Definitely recommend!!!

Precision came out within a few hours of me contacting them. The technician was friendly and professional. My problem was a very easy fix and because of this, I was not charged the service fee. I don’t come across that level of customer service very often these days. I will definitely contact them again when the need arises.

High praise for my technician Hunter. I informed him upon arrival that I didn't want any upselling beyond repairing my broken spring. Hunter advised me that he would evaluate all aspects of the lift mechanism and show me anything that was damaged after which I could make a decision on the extent of the repair.
