He did a thorough job of diagnosing what will needed to be done due to the age of the garage door and the wear and tear. No pressure and he was excellent, professional, and kind. Trevor Perry, your technician, performed excellent work repairing our two garage doors today. First, and most importantly, he eliminated problems that we were having with our factory remote controls by connecting the remote controls embedded in our cars' electronic systems to the doors' electronics. Now we are able to control both doors from both cars using only the remote controls that were installed in our cars when they were manufactured. Second, and very importantly, he performed an overall inspection of the doors and all of their components. He discovered that the rollers were disintegrating due to age (20 years old). He replaced all twenty-four of those on both doors, which greatly improved the operation of the doors and saved potentially costly repairs further down the road. Trevor is a highly experienced and very knowledgable technician who looks out for the customer's interests. He is a great ambassador for your company. Arnold Shaheen

Tech was here and reset my gararge door as my power went out. I know there was a service call involved, and expected that. The Tech had it reset in less than 2 minutes. I was charged one hour of labor and shop supplies, which there were no shop supplies needed. Total bill was $165.00 for appx 10 minutes at my home. I spent $1,600.00 for this Gararge door from Percision and also purchased a new opener for the door from Percision. $165.00 just seemed somewhat high for Appx 10 minutes. All got resolved and fixed I do need to add. The tech showed me how to fix this issue also if it ever happenes again.

My garage door broke, and was pretty messed up. I was expecting to have to replace my door. Patrick was able to fix it and replaced some of the parts. Now it works like it is brand new. I highly recommend using Precision.

Tech today did a good job. The problem is the installers were in such an impatient hurry cutting corners. They left twisted electrical wires uncovered. Why did they forget or was in a hurry to go home. So other than that all other encounters were good. Just saying paid good money for quality company. Maybe inform the installers that and pride in their work. That unfortunately was a reflection on the company. Again the techs have always been very good and thorough including today.
