Excellent response time - worked with our availability. Tech was very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain all parts that needed replaced and purpose of the parts. We are a returning customer for many years - and he took the time to review all work done here at our home which gave a level of confidence in his ability. Once repaired he went thru the entire door and setup explaining what parts were new. Young Tech but GREAT customer service skills, knowledgeable and very humble young man.

We have been a customer for several years. We know if something goes wrong with our garage door that it will be fixed that same day! Our opener broke last night around 10pm. I called at shortly after 8am this morning and by noon we had a new unit. Also, Chris is an excellent repairman! Thank you for such excellent service!

Thomas was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions with ease and displayed a complete understanding of all subject matter discussed. He performed multiple services during the four hours he was here. His initial estimate was presented in an easy to understand format. Some of the services were: replaced weather stripping, replace door one keypad, upgrade door one with battery pack, complete replacement of door two opener with genie 3120 pro series smart garage door opener including belt rail, remote, keypad and all new parts needed to install. He also took the time to realign the doors instead of using spacers that were used by previous service. Everything from calling to make appointment to service and payment process was done with ease and professionally. I would not hesitate to use Precision again and specifically request Thomas Wright...

Needed to replace 27 year-old garage doors, and had previous experience with your company on repairs. Jon Warwick came and showed options; returned the next week, with assistant, and installed, as ordered. Everything was done as promised in a very professional manner. Jon was knowledgeable and friendly with no sales pressure. We appreciated the texts letting us know of expected arrival times too. Thank you for a great experience . . . and two beautiful new insulated garage doors!

I called Precision because that is the only company name I could remember. They came to my home within 1 hour of the call and did an inspection that I observed. I knew I had some problems before they came. The technician gave a bid for a complete rebuild but not changing doors. We agreed and he got to work and 3 hours later he was finished. Excellent results.

I had heard ads on the radio so went with Precision - they were prompt, kept me updated and my technician Peyton was excellent and did not make me seem like I didn't know anything (I don't actually know anything about garage doors). And the fee was reasonable - would definitely recommend.

When a garage door spring breaks it is time to call a professional. Your website was the first one listed. I never expected the repair to happen same day I called. Thomas arrived about six and left at 7:30 and I have a completely remodeled garage door that works great. He is awesome.

Very thorough explanation of service he was going to provide and very neat and clean. Preston replaced my springs and bearings, pulleys and cables as well as all the rollers. I contacted Precision for garage door opener remote and wall unit that was not working. They came within an hour. I received a text with the technicians information and a time frame. I received a call from the technician with a more precise time. Trevor Perry was the technician and he was very professional and showed up exactly when he said he would. He diagnosed, programmed the remotes and found an issue. He gave us several options for a resolution. He was very curious and professional and appreciated that he took his time to diagnose the issue we had with several options. Will definitely use Precision again.

Nobody wants the expense of any part of repairing the Garage Door with the economy the way that it is. Some things you don’t have a choice in. I really didn’t even know who to call but I started checking with several neighbors and they all used Precision. So I called them and I was greeted with a very enthusiastic young lady on the phone and she set me up an appointment an all of this happened within about three hours of the phone call. The representative’s name was Charlie a young guy who was very enthusiastic about his work and his company. He assured me he could get it taken care of quickly and gave me a very fair price. I would certainly recommend Precision but even more so I would recommend Charlie because after all I don’t necessarily do business with companies I do business with people and Charlie is good people. I’m certain that Precision is a good company or Charlie wouldn’t be working for them my neighbors would not have recommended Precision if they weren’t a great company. I wouldn’t be writing this if I didn’t agree.
