Work was fine. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant for a repair. I was given choices for repair but lowest price meant waiting 2-4 weeks for parts which in this era of overnight delivery is ridiculous. Have not received promised 5 year guarantee.

We have always used Precision. We had our spring replaced several years ago, motor went out 4-5 yrs ago and 6-8 wks ago had to have the sensors replaced. Always good to come 24-48 hrs after calling for appt. Willing to answer and explain any questions. We would not use anyone else!

Our garage door spring broke about 7pm Monday night so I thought I would reach out to Precision since we used them some years back for new garage doors on another house. They answered the phone to my surprise and put us on the schedule for the very next day. Patrick showed up in the time window that was given to me, he diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations to keep this old door working properly which we decided to go with. No the door glides open and closed quietly and smoothly! We are repeat customers and definitely will call them again if any future needs arise.

The service technician replaced a number of parts that were completely unnecessary. These included new springs (the existing springs were just a few years old), rollers, cables, and two 16 foot struts (we already had two 16 foot struts on the door). The total bill was over $1800. I do not plan to use Precision Garage Door Service again.

I have been watching your commercials for a while. Did not think I would need anyone to fix my garage door on a new house. I am glad I called Precision to fixe my issue. They were on time and explained why my door of 8 years broke down. James Wells was AWESOME!! My garage door never was quiet, but when James finished, it was so much quieter. I would recommend them to anyone and would call them back for any issue. Hope that helps anyone doubting them.

Great company and great team. The spring on one of my garage doors split apart late Fri nite. Called early Sat AM and Patrick and Paxton were there by 11:00. Not only replaced the broken spring, but showed me how some bearings, brackets and rollers on both doors were problems waiting to happened. Were able to repair all problems same day at very reasonable cost. My thanks to the whole team!
