First of all, I was amazed at the speed of service. I made an appointment online at 6pm, the Hunter showed up promptly at 11am the next day. Then, I was amazed that he came equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. He had some reasonable recommendations about improvements he could make, and they were *actual* improvements. Courteous, worked cleanly, quickly, and left the place better than he found it. Sounds silly to be amazed at garage door service, but he really helped out.

Tyler Combs is the best. No pressure guy which we love, but he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. You better keep him as we want him back if we have further needs. Be careful as he is extremely qualified to take over your company. Not kidding. John and Roberta Hutto

My appointment was easy to schedule and technician was on time. Trevor was super knowledgeable! My garage door problem consisted of multiple factors that wouldn’t let the door to open and close correctly. Trevor did an excellent job fixing it! He even made extra time for me during my appointment when I decided on site if he could go ahead and change out my opener as well. This company also uses quality parts and equipment! I’m super happy with our garage door now.

Thomas did a great job with a not so great garage. He upgraded my rollers, cables, springs and installed a new Genie garage door opener, replacing one that was a least 30 years old. Professional and expertly carried out was the work. I have used Precision before and then and now it was a great job.

Precision answered my call quickly on a Saturday! Preston was courteous and professional. He fixed my door in a short amount of time. It was great to have someone that knew what they were doing and to be so pleasant. He told me everything upfront and that was the final price!

Great communication and service! Our technician, Patrick, arrived within the designated time frame after calling first. He explained what needed to be done to repair our door so we could operate it safely. He had all materials needed to perform repairs on his truck and gave me an accurate estimate of what the job would cost. Communication with Precision was exemplary. Personnel are polite and friendly. I would definitely use Precision again.

Hunter Bridges serviced both of my garage doors today. New springs, cables and rollers. He arrived on time and was a true professional. Both doors completed in 2 hours and they are whisper quiet now. Should last another 20 years.

I had a first world problem this morning, with my 26 year old garage door opener that decided to kick the bucket. I googled garage door was repair and Precision came up, with the highest rating and so I made an appointment, happily enough, for two hours later. I got a call from James less than an hour later and he arrived in 20 minutes. He diagnosed the problem and I received a reasonable quote to fix the problem. New opener, new remotes, new keypad and warranties as well. James was nice and did not try to be pushy and upsell things I did not need. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service!

Chris has worked on my garage door twice. First replacing springs and rollers several years ago. Today he replaced my Genie motor. As advertised he had the parts on his truck and was able to replace it in an hour. I called in at noon today and he was here at 4pm same day. He stayed until I understood all of my new remotes and system.

Patrick, the technician, arrived as scheduled. He thoroughly inspected my door and found the issue. He recommended some things that would add to the longevity of my door. After agreeing to the repairs, he immediately went to work and had the repairs and upgrades done very quickly. He also programmed the opener to two of my cars, which I had been unable to do. I was impressed by the description online of the services available through Precision Garage Doors. The fact that I could go online and schedule an appointment with the technician for the next day was a pleasant surprise. Derek came to the home around 9:30 in the morning. He evaluated the problem of the garage door and went step-by-step with me on every part, what it did, what it wasn’t doing and the options I had. Within a couple of hours the issue was repaired and I was very impressed by the customer service and the quality of service that I received. I definitely recommend this company.

Spring Check Up. Precision Door is fast to respond, friendly techs, and they get the fix right the first time. Today was a spring tune-up. We took advantage of the offer. We have recommended Precision Door to our neighbors. They could not believe the fast response time. Door was repaired and they now are recommending Precision Door to more neighbors.
