Tyler C showed up within the window given and jumped right on the job at hand. He listened to my concerns with the seal at the bottom of the door and came up with a solution. On Tuesday September 24 a thunderstorm in our area caused a power outage which rendered our garage door opener inoperable. We had used Precision Garage Door Service in the past with excellent results so I called them again. The friendly woman who answered the phone walked me through doing a reset, but it was not successful so we determined that a technician would need to come and take a look. Tyler came at the agreed upon time on Thursday September 26 and checked out the system and delivered the verdict that we needed a new system installed. This was not surprising since our system was 15 years old and had been through a lot of power outages. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and personable and had everything in his truck that was needed to quickly and professionally install the new system, including a new door-side open/close button, an outside keypad, 2 remote controls, AND he even programmed the home link in my car for me. Precision is our go-to for garage door issues and has never failed to meet and exceed our expectations. Thank you Tyler and Precision. Susan C

I've seen your commercials on the local TV station. Called and Sierra handled my request. She did a fine job of answering all my questions and getting me an appointment the same day. Yep, the same day. Hard to believe that is even still possible. Specially since I do not even live in Knoxville. Tyler was the technician that came out, one hour from my call. One hour. Again amazing. He explained why I was having issues with my garage door. He made recommendations. And I gave him the ok to proceed. The work went great. The cleanup was great. The door now works great. What else can I say? A great experience from beginning to end. Again, Hard to believe in today's world. But, true. I highly recommend Precision. Ask for Tyler to come out. You won't be disappointed.

I called to get service when my garage door would no longer open more than a third of the way. My neighborhood provided feedback saying that Precision had fixed several garage door springs in the $300 range. With builder garage doors that are all the same I expected the same price range. When the technician showed up, he quoted me a price of $1100! After a lot of back and forth with him and the office (who quoted me $360) I found out that the reason for the price increase is because the garage door manufacturer works with Precision's competitor. Because of this, Precision can't buy the parts needed to repair so they "recommend" to replace the entire thing. It felt a little untruthful. When I couldn't cover the unexpected cost, the repairman took off and that was that. No service, and I'm disappointed and left wondering how Precision fixed the other garage doors in my neighborhood for $300?

The appointment was between 12 - 2 pm. The technician arrived late. He called on his way stating he was delayed by an emergency. Made some minor adjustments to the door which took less than 15 minutes. Upon receiving the invoice, it says a charged a shop fee was applied. It was explained to me as a service call charge. The technician was very pleasant and polite but he was later than promised. Albeit he did call at 1:45pm or so stating he would be there after 2pm.

We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! He was informative, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He welcomed me to hang out as he worked and he explained it all very well. I have already referred Precision and Tyler to a neighbor!

I called Precision to repair a garage door track that we hit with our car mirror. The service tech called me within minutes of my call to them. He said he could be on site in 20 minutes, and arrived almost to the minute. After giving me the estimate, he said the work could be done in about half an hour…and it was! I was shocked at how fast the tech got this done. This repair needed new parts, and was something that probably would have taken me hours, including sourcing the new part, getting it, installing it, etc. This was a job for a specialist, and Precision came through. Job well done, and money well spent.

The technician, Tyler, was very professional & courteous. I needed the weather stripping replaced on the bottom of my garage door. Due to the size of my garage door, Tyler, had to order the replacement stripping. He explained his manager said it would take about two weeks & their office staff would contact me to set up another appointment. Tyler did a free lubricant of the door and a safety inspection. I was very pleased with my experience with this company

My Service Professional Name is Tyler Combs. He was Extremely Professional, Friendly and Prompt. After describing my problem to him he immedately knew what the cause and problem was and he repaired it. He also inspected my door and components for safety, and proper operations, then he lube my door. He also showed me how I could remendy this problem if it should happened again, as he informed me that a power failure cause this problem and it could happen again. Tyler was professional, friendly and treated me the upmost respect. I will not hesitate to call on Precision Garage Door Service again for any service or replacemtent of my garage door.
