It is obviously a well run company. The initial contact person answered all my initial questions and was polite and professional. Rare in customer service these days! Michael was our tech and came about when he was scheduled and was so very friendly and did a great job explaining the product, installing it and showing us the features once installed. Great professional company. I wasn't sure who to call so I relied on the Google reviews of companies nearest to me. I definitely made the correct decision. They were great about getting someone out that fit into my schedule. My technician Mike arrived on time and was great about explaining what was wrong and getting things repaired. It was frustrating that my garage door messed up but they made it easy to get it repaired quickly.

Read Google reviews of Precision which were almost all very favorable. After calling several companies for information, decided to use Precision. They were very prompt and professional and with same day service. Alex called saying he could come a little early if that was ok which actually worked out great. He offered several levels of service that he could provide in addition to replacing my broken spring, but there was no pressure to add services which I appreciated. Their price seemed in line with other companies I had called. Would use again.

I called Precision at about 2pm to get a garage door looked at that was making a noise I didn't like. To my amazement they scheduled to have a service man named Alex come the same day between 3 to 5pm. It turned out I needed a new spring and rollers. So I had the work done and it was completed in an hour. Great service and professionalism. I would recommend Precision.

I called at a little past 3PM to see if I could get someone to fix my door which had stopped working. I was expecting that I would probably have to wait until at least tomorrow of pay an after-hours fee. I was surprised that they told me that someone would be here between 4 and 6 PM today. Within a few minutes after arriving, your tech. solved my problem and gave me a price for the repairs. I saw that the price was reasonable, and the work began. By about 6PM the work was done.
