The gentleman who performed the install was excellent and efficient! I would recommend him to anyone who needs garage door installation or repairs. He was knowledgeable, efficient, polite, stayed on task, explained the process and procedure to me, and demonstrated everything when he was finished. The door works perfectly, and opens so quietly! Out of the blue our garage door chain broke. Precision was quick to answer the phone and set appt. the same day. Sat. Robert called us before arrival and came on time. He was surprised our sturdy plastic cable broke, as it's stronger than metal. The job was made more complex because the prior installer had cut the metal guide rod short, which required moving the box to install the new rod and chain. Excellent, efficient and kept us informed every step of the job, we highly recommend Robert for your next repair. KM

Outstanding service. I called 2 hours ago, and they had a tech in the area. They arrived and gave me some bad news - the crappy door system the builder installed was not worth fixing. They replaced the springs, rollers, etc. and got me up in running. Very efficient, personable techs. Hire this company.

our repair person Josh was courteous, arrived early (,before the 2 hour window we were given), knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He repaired the coil spring and cables on the garage. In addition we asked to replace the bearings and rollers which he accomplished within 45 minutes the entire job. I asked about the motor and he stated we were in good shape with the motor. the price I felt was reasonable and we have a life time warranty. I have used precision in the past and received the same excellent service. I would highly recommend and would rate them at the highest level. They did not try to talk me into anything in fact I requested more replaced than they suggested to repair my problem. I would not hesitate to call for future service.

Motor, springs, motherboard, rail, gears, everything but the door itself needed replacement after 14 years. Operation was a safety hazard. James described the options, warranty and price. Admittedly, replacement was expensive (~$K) but needed. Took only about 2 hours. Technician knew the system and how to install.

Loved our expierence! Called early in the day and they were able to fit us in the same day. They gave us a 2 hour window, and made it out before the window. We anticipated that they would give us an estimate and then have to order the parts. But no, when Josh (who was friendly, professional, and fast) arrived he was able to diagnose the problem quickly and had all that he needed to fix the problem with him. He did the job and was gone before the end of our arrival window! Great company would definatly use them again!

Called for a broken spring spring and had service on that same Saturday afternoon. We were given an explanation and solid recommendation on what we needed which we were taken care of in less than an hour. Highly recommend.

Our door lift motor broke. Precision came when they said they would come. They replaced the door lift assembly in 2 hours. The repairman, Alex, was very knowledgeable and courteous. I plan to ask them to repair our other door.

We had planned to replace both of our 20 year old garage openers at some time, but a broken spring on one of our garage doors hastened the purchase. I called Precision at 7:45 AM, Chris came at 9 AM. He talked me through a variety of options. By 11:30 I had two new quiet garage openers and a series of other repairs. Chris was personable, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

We had Alex come out the first thing in the morning and had our door up so my wife could get to a funeral she had to be at. He then took care of our damaged door to secure it until the new door would arrive. He then saved us money by suggesting a new door with our senior discount All in all Alex was a god sent He did a fantastic job and had us feeling secure about our situation Precision needs more like him

5 Star rating, would be higher, but you gave no more stars. All my communications with you were handled in a professional manner. The installation of the door was a great teaching lesson in team work. I am a retired engineer, so I was their worst night mare, I watched the whole process, I did keep my mouth shut except for one questions, which was answered to my satisfaction. Each of the two installers had there job to do with very little overlap, no wasted motion or time, no standing around, just got to work and had the task done to my satisfaction. Prompt service. A broken door bracket had trapped my car in the garage. The appointment was scheduled the same morning, and Ty arrived promptly. He had the parts, did the repairs in two hours, and replaced the springs and other parts with my approval since the door was 25 years old. It now moves smoothly and is SO quiet! My car is free!!

Patrick did a fantastic job installing the new opener and changing out the door hardware to accomodate the the new opener. A fine Christian man I had the pleasure to meet and talk with. I looked on Home Advisor and saw their reviews were positive so I called and they were able to set up an appointment the SAME day! The service tech, Josh Compton was patient with me as I explained the problem. He looked at my garage door and explained what was wrong and what it would take to fix it. He called me to come to the garage three times to explain what he found and what it would take to fix my problem. He was very professional, quick, and pleasant to work with. I will gladly call Precision Garage Door again if the problem every arises.

Great Service and very prompt. I liked how they walked me through what they were going to do, and what might need to be done. Ended up being less and saving me money from the initial estimate.
