Price ended up being higher than quoted over than phone as tech found additional things wrong, but overall service was excellent and tech was extremely nice and efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. I would defiantly recommend this company.

I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????

It was new year weekend and spring on Garage Door broke and I figured it wood be Tuesday before I could get Door fixed but Precision came out on Saturday and my tech was Chris and he was such a down to earth person.He had Door repaired in about 1 hrs and he explained what he did. I would give he a 5 star rating

Yesterday my garage door spring snapped. I googled for "the best garage door repair service in Knoxville", which came up Precision Door. This morning Preston came out and diagnosed the problem. Since my door opener was old I elected to replace it too. Preston was very professional, knowledgeable and informative. He is also very talented and quickly replaced all the damaged springs and cables and installed the new opener without any issues. I was impressed that he had all necessary hardware and parts on his truck as well as all tools to complete the job. I highly recommend Precision Door and especially Preston for any and all garage door problems. Thank you for a job well done!

Justin was on time and friendly. He explained everything that needed to be fixed for our garage door and explained why the fixes were important. Everything needed to fix our garage door was in stock on the truck and it only took an hour to fix! We are so excited for our garage door to be functioning again and are so happy we used precision! Called early morning and was scheduled an appt. for that day. The tech called before arriving, just as I had been told, and was even 15 minutes early. He waved as he drove up the driveway and our dog greeted him. He told us that he was Michael H. Great personality from the beginning and thru the entire process. He complimented our easy accessible and clean garage. Michael explained what all needed to be done for the repair ( I had crashed into the garage door the day before ) and gave us a complete price quote. He went right to work and did what we consider to be an Excellent job! His knowledge and skill was quite evident. We would be glad to recommend Michael to anyone needing garage door work! Great Technician!!
