My tech was Patrick and he was great!! Gave me a 10-15 minutes heads up call introducing himself and ETA. Once onsite quickly identified the issue and gave me solutions and a little advice as far as preventive maintenance. Our tech was excellent> I believe his name was Patrick. He arrived on time diagnosed the problem and came up with a solution. His work was efficient, and explanation was on point. Easy to make an appointment. Technician called ahead to announce his arrival time. Checked what needed to be done and parts were in the warehouse. Tech returned in less than and hour and installed the parts then assured everything was in proper working order. A very thorough and professional job was done.

Not happy with transaction. Repairman had sour disposition. Was offended when l questioned charges. I was charged $60 a piece ($120 total) for Linear remotes...Amazon sells them for $25 for two. I feel as though lve been taken advantage of. Very dissatisfied to say the least. I will not use this company again.

Patrick called before he arrived and was on time. He was very polite and answered all my questions. The motor was bad and had to be replaced.There was no mess when he left. Patrick S responded to our call today and did a great job in explaining the problem with the rollers and track mechanism needing replacement on our garage door. He gave a clear outline on the cost estimate and the time needed for the repair. He did a great job in making the repairs and stayed true to his cost estimate and within his time line he projected to complete his work. He was professional with his work ethic, honest in his explanations, and represented his employer very well.
