Patrick from Precision Garage Door was professional. He explained what was wrong with the garage door and how it could be repaired. Took him about 45 minutes to complete the job. He waived the $50 trip fee since I had it repaired. New parts are much better than the old. Would and will use Precision again when the time comes. Great company.

I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????

We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!
