The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about that, and I'm sure that's how you make all your money!! Best wishes to you all. I knew our old garage doors needed significant work, so I called Precision this morning, and was scheduled for an appointment this afternoon. Patrick and Hayden arrived early in the afternoon and after assessing the situation, they explained what they recommended and gave me an estimate. I agreed to the work and within a couple of hours, it was done. I was amazed at the improvement, and am very pleased with their work.
