Additionally, he patiently waited for us to get home, he showed and explained what was needed to repair our garage door, he moved heavy items that were in the way of his work and moved them back when the job was complete. Precision Garage Door did a complete tune up/retool of our garage door including new springs, rollers, chain tightening, oiling, cleaning where needed, etc. Our technician, Patrick Stockton, was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the work and why it was needed beforehand - and just a good guy. We thought the price was reasonable especially compared to a new door. We're very pleased with the performance almost 3 weeks later. The door is so much quieter and smoother compared to pre-repair.

I chose Precision Garage Doors because of the 5 star ratings to replace broken coil spring, I called at 8:00 am, technician was in my drive at 9:15am. So super responsive. Technician was Patrick S. After thorough inspection of 15 YO garage, he noted several other wear points that would eventually need replacement. So after discussing options, I decided to proceed with the other recommended repairs. Patrick is a super guy and very professional.

Called Precision and they responded within the same 1/2 day. Replaced a 24-year-old garage door opener and did a tune up/repair on other parts on the door. System was back up and running the same day. Patrick was professional and explained all the issues with the current system and provided options for the repairs. Garage door broke around 7PM Wednesday night. Tech was able to come out 9AM Thursday Morning. Had to replace the motor as the current motor wasn't strong enough for our door. We had a spring break last summer, the tech, from another company, said nothing about the motor being to weak. 10/10 will use precision going forward

Garage door spring broke again 3rd time and decided enough is enough. Was original on house (15 years old) and Patrick from Precision came out and installed springs, cables and bearing plates and runs like new.
