Yesterday was off to a weird start. I left to drop off my youngest at daycare only to come home and not be able to enter my garage. My wife said it sounded like something heavy fell in there and broke and it sure rough the spring had busted. This garage door opener had been buggy but working for the last few years so we reluctantly reached out for help. Precision did a great job of communicating with me over the phone before coming and though Patrick was held up at his precious visit, he showed up in a reasonable time and was very respectful. He talked with us about what he thought was best. Asked before coming in the house or doing anything, and fixed us up same day giving us enough time to have a working garage when my youngest came home. I would definitely recommend.

My garage door/opener system is over 20 years old, and it's getting tired. I was having trouble with both the wall panel and the remote opener, and my system really needed a little "refurbishing." Precision technicians arrived on time and were friendly, courteous, and professional. They provided on-the-spot service to replace worn garage door parts and did so in a fairly short amount of time. Everything works fine now! I'm quite satisfied.

We were charged $900 for a $200 garage door opener. Not including all the springs and other stuff that supposedly needed to be replaced. We could tell the tech was just looking for things to charge us for. Beware! This was very sketchy and extremely overpriced . We feel taken advantage of!

Had contract another firm but no responded. Contracted Precision Door and got a reply same day and schedule next day for repairs. Pat the employee were professional, explain things and done the work needed to get done replacing garage door opener. Would recommend this firm if you need any work done on your garage doors or opener.

I called to have my garage door opener looked at, then your tech came and told us that we need to upgrade are openers. Instead of just giving us a quote and letting us talk about it and he took advantage of my wife’s good nature and got her to do the service and she knows nothing about garage doors or anything. I would have like to have had a phone call or something when it came to this big of a deal. $4,200 is ridiculous. I think we was rip off

I called early on a Friday afternoon not expecting an appointment until Monday. But to my great surprise, they sent out a technician later that afternoon! Terrific! Our garage door spring broke about 7pm Monday night so I thought I would reach out to Precision since we used them some years back for new garage doors on another house. They answered the phone to my surprise and put us on the schedule for the very next day. Patrick showed up in the time window that was given to me, he diagnosed the issue and made some recommendations to keep this old door working properly which we decided to go with. No the door glides open and closed quietly and smoothly! We are repeat customers and definitely will call them again if any future needs arise.

Great company and great team. The spring on one of my garage doors split apart late Fri nite. Called early Sat AM and Patrick and Paxton were there by 11:00. Not only replaced the broken spring, but showed me how some bearings, brackets and rollers on both doors were problems waiting to happened. Were able to repair all problems same day at very reasonable cost. My thanks to the whole team!
