I chose Precision Garage Doors because of the 5 star ratings to replace broken coil spring, I called at 8:00 am, technician was in my drive at 9:15am. So super responsive. Technician was Patrick S. After thorough inspection of 15 YO garage, he noted several other wear points that would eventually need replacement. So after discussing options, I decided to proceed with the other recommended repairs. Patrick is a super guy and very professional.

Garage door broke around 7PM Wednesday night. Tech was able to come out 9AM Thursday Morning. Had to replace the motor as the current motor wasn't strong enough for our door. We had a spring break last summer, the tech, from another company, said nothing about the motor being to weak. 10/10 will use precision going forward
