I had a big problem with my garage door on Saturday. Was so surprised to actually get a person to listen and schedule a service call between 12:00 and 2:00. Patrick Stockton called around noon and said he was in West Knoxville and it would take about an hour to reach me. He arrived, quickly diagnosed the issues, explained what needed to be done, gave me the quote, I gave the go ahead and he got the job done. He was very professional and knowledgeable! I highly recommend!!

I had problems with my garage door opening. I made an appointment on line with Precision. A representative arrived as scheduled, he was courteous and knowledgeable. He went over the entire door explaining what he was checking and his findings. He gave me a couple of options along with prices. I chose to have the work done which was completed within an acceptable amount of time. I would use them again if needed. We were having issues with our motor connecting to our cars. It wouldn't shut. But it would open. Turns out there were issues with how the door was balanced and he got to work and got it all fixed. 1. The technician left a large dark grease stain(from his gloves) on my wall next to the indoor opener. There was no effort on his part to clean the area after his work. 2. The technician left a small pile of metal pieces on the floor below where he was drilling/grinding on the door system above. There was no effort on his part to clean this area. The technician made no effort to clean any of the areas after completing the work. HE, AND YOUR COMPANY USED POOR WORKMANSHIP ON THIS JOB! I will not forget it and will gladly relay my findings to any and all my friends who inquire about my experience.
