On time/came exactly when they said and called ahead. Replaced springs, cables, bearing and wheels and adjusted remote. Doors are like brand new and Patrick the technician worked hard to complete 2 doors in a little over two hours. Took time to explain everything and what to expect once work was performed. Would use Precision again and recommend their services.

I was very happy with our service and the replacement of our garage door. Our garage door broke and we called the next morning and someone came out a couple of hours later. We needed to have our garage door replaced. Patrick was nice enough to help us get the door to close till they could come and replace the door. The 2 employees who installed our new door was very nice and fast on the install. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone and will definitely will use you again. Thank you!

Called about problem and receceived SAME day service. Patrick arrived and showed us how we really needed to update our outdated system. Patrick immediately started his work and in no time we had an updated garage door opener. Can't say enough about PRECISION OH DOOR SERVICE. Patrick did an OUTSTANDING job for us!!! These folks are the bomb! Called one late afternoon and they were here first thing the next morning. They had my old 20 something-year-old garage door fixed in no time. Patrick was great! He went beyond what anyone could have expected. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. New springs, rollers, cables and lots of adjustments and my door is like new.

We had a couple of malfunctions on our garage door. Called service and was given a appointment to check it out. We asked for Patrick who did all of our repairs and they put him down to do the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule and immediately found out the probable culprit with the door stopping right after the button was pushed. The sun was very strong on the side where the electronic eye is located. Patrick moved the sensor to the opposite side and said that this should correct the problem. It is working fine now. We are extremely pleased with Precision. Patrick is outstanding in all areas. We enjoy talking with him. He takes the time to explain the repair that he is doing.

Tech Patrick called to see if he could come earlier than quoted. Always a pleasant surprise and it fit my schedule. Quickly diagnosed problems and discussed recommendations for repair. Made repairs quicker than quoted and cleaned up very well. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. Patrick was very kind and professional and we would highly recommend him and Precision Door. Do yourself a favor and call Precision. Don't make the mistake we did 2 years ago and let an average handyman replace the springs. The wrong size spring was installed and that created several other problems in 2 years, not to mention a annoyingly noisy door.

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new.
