We had a couple of malfunctions on our garage door. Called service and was given a appointment to check it out. We asked for Patrick who did all of our repairs and they put him down to do the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule and immediately found out the probable culprit with the door stopping right after the button was pushed. The sun was very strong on the side where the electronic eye is located. Patrick moved the sensor to the opposite side and said that this should correct the problem. It is working fine now. We are extremely pleased with Precision. Patrick is outstanding in all areas. We enjoy talking with him. He takes the time to explain the repair that he is doing.

Tech Patrick called to see if he could come earlier than quoted. Always a pleasant surprise and it fit my schedule. Quickly diagnosed problems and discussed recommendations for repair. Made repairs quicker than quoted and cleaned up very well. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. Patrick was very kind and professional and we would highly recommend him and Precision Door. Do yourself a favor and call Precision. Don't make the mistake we did 2 years ago and let an average handyman replace the springs. The wrong size spring was installed and that created several other problems in 2 years, not to mention a annoyingly noisy door.

Technician called an hour before arriving, came on time, explained all problems, and quoted the repair estimate. He completed the repair quickly and showed it's operation. He placed a sticker on the door for any future needs. It was good to be operational again so quickly!

PATRICK CAME OUT AND WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE REPLACED MOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING THE COIL WHICH I HAD PURCHASED A YEAR AGO FROM HOME TOWN AND HE WAS DONE WITHIN 2 HOURS. NEW GARAGE DOOR MOTOR, COIL CABLES AND WIRES?

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Outstanding service at a fair price. PARTICK was my service technician and he is very professional, friendly, and really knows what he is doing. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door problems. He completely rebuilt an older roll-up door system and left it better than he found it. He also fixed a couple of other items I had been having problems with and didn't charge me more. That is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Thank you Patrick and Precision Door.
