I have a six year old garage door installed by another local company. It was making a lot of noise and eventually the chain jumped the sprocket. I called the company that did the install. They could not get to me by the next morning my only free time if the week. I looked on Advisor and called Precision. The receptionist was professional and assured me they could be there in the morning. Which they were. Patrick was who serviced this call. He walked me through the entire assembly and workings of a garage door. I had a plethora of questions which he patiently listened to and answered. Come to find out the door was installed incorrectly to start. Patrick literally rebuilt the door in 2 1/2 hours. It runs so smoothly you can barely hear it. I run a high volume business in Knoxville and definitely understand the importance of sincere service. This is a great example of just that. I meet and speak with hundreds of people every week. Door needed adjustment closer to jamb. Tech arrived on time and made adjustments in door tracks and roller brackets and significantly reduced the play in the door. Precision did this adjustment no charge as they installed the door about 16 months earlier. Very much appreciate them standing behind their work and standing by their customers.
