Door needed adjustment closer to jamb. Tech arrived on time and made adjustments in door tracks and roller brackets and significantly reduced the play in the door. Precision did this adjustment no charge as they installed the door about 16 months earlier. Very much appreciate them standing behind their work and standing by their customers.

Prompt service and great technician who took the time to explain to me what was wrong with my garage door and how to fix it. Although my situation was not critical, I choose to get all of the parts replaced to extend the life of the motor and prevent future problems. The work was done efficiently, and the original working parts on the door were replaced with those of a better quality. In a short period of time, I had a garage door that purred as it lifted and closed vs. the rattle-trap that it had been before. Very professional. I highly recommend Precision and appreciate the 5-year warranty.

Appointment was set between 5pm and 7pm the day after I called to schedule it. I was impressed that they could get to me so quickly. The repairman, Patrick, called when he was 15 minutes away and arrived at 5pm. He was professional and extremely knowledgable and competent. One of my tension springs had broken. I also had a frayed cable but didn't know it until Patrick and I inspected the garage door closely. It would have only lasted a few more lifts, barely hanging on. Glad he caught it! Overall, the garage door is much quieter and smoother. Very happy with the work and took him less than an hour. I have never had as good of an experience with a repairman as I did with Patrick and Precision.

We were pleased with the workmanship and the knowledge of Patrick who did the work. We were satisfied with the fix and the time it took to do the repairs needed. We feel the garage door is reinforced with new components and is much sturdier than before (new springs, struts, rollers, and bearings). I would recommend this company and they came out and repaired on same day!

Late Friday night, the spring on our garage door broke. We figured that Monday would be the earliest that we could have another spring installed. Precision changed all that! Within a few hours of making the call, Patrick had arrived, gave us an estimate and installed a new spring, rollers and cables. We definitely would recommend Precision and will be using them in the future!

Our garage door jumped it's tracks and we couldn't open or close the door. Looked like it would fall at any moment. When I called the lady, was very kind and polite.She scheduled same day. Patrick gave me a call 20 mins. out & was very timely. I was told he'd arrive between. 5 & 7 pm...he was done with job before 6! We are selling our house and needed the garage door safety sensors reattached on one side. If you are selling your house & detached your safety sensors at some time over the years because they were "a nuisance" & you don't have all the pieces & parts you need, just call precision! They can make sure everything is in good working order before the inspection. Patrick is professional & very knowledgeable about his craft.
