We called Precision Door around noon when we found our garage door spring was broken. They had a truck out to our house 2 hours later. Our service tech was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He looked at the broken spring and identified other problems that probably contributed to the spring failure, like bad roller wheels, friction and other issues. He quoted a fair price, fixed everything he said he would and did a great job. I would highly recommend Precision Doors for any garage door repairs needed.

I called at 7 a.m. Customer rep. took my info and advised someone would be out between 9 and 11. Patrick called at 8:10 and stated he would arrive at 9. He and his teammate arrived almost exactly and 9 and replaced all the hardware and the opener on my 14 year old system were finished by 11. I've never heard an opener so quite. Prompt courteous service.

$600 to replace a broken Spring seems extremely high, even with the new cables and rollers. I appreciate the quick response on the day before Thanksgiving, but I've been told I most likely paid twice as much as I should have. Would also expect a Service Technician to wear a mask to my home in this time of a pandemic, which he did not. The work was done in a timely manner and seems to be of good quality, and I was quoted a price before work was performed, however I felt I was in a no win situation since other repair companies were scheduled out for up to a week and I had to have something done right away.
