We lived with a poorly installed doors that were done for our custom home for years. We finally had enough with the noise and remotes that could not control the doors. We called Precision and within an hour we had a seasoned tech on scene and diagnosed several problems that collectively caused us problems. The geometry of the track system was made true, all parts were inspected. Because of safety requirements, the springs had to be replaced. We also needed new rollers and the improperly installed sensors were swapped, failing sensors were replaced and solutions for under guage steel tracks were found. We have quiet operation for the first time in years. Thank you precision for quality and quick work. We were pleasantly surprised by the 5-yr warranty - we took the lifetime warranty.

I called at a little past 3PM to see if I could get someone to fix my door which had stopped working. I was expecting that I would probably have to wait until at least tomorrow of pay an after-hours fee. I was surprised that they told me that someone would be here between 4 and 6 PM today. Within a few minutes after arriving, your tech. solved my problem and gave me a price for the repairs. I saw that the price was reasonable, and the work began. By about 6PM the work was done. I am very pleased and with definitely recommend you to my friends and neighbors. Thanks.

While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

I have used Precision before. So, when our garage door would not open over the weekend, I called them for help. Patrick arrived on time on Monday & discovered the door opener had a broken belt. After discussing options, it was decided to simply replace the belt on the opener. Patrick was prompt, courteous & did a great job! New belt driven garage door opener installed with keypad. Our installer, Patrick, could not have been nicer to work with - well informed, communicated well, patient with our questions, and handled the entire job with ease. He then explained how the system all worked and made maintenance recommendations.
