My garage door tension spring broke on a Friday morning. I called Precision about 9 am and they scheduled a technician to come by between 1 and 3 pm. The technician, Michael, called and gave me a 30 minute warning that he would be arriving about 1:40 pm. He was right on time. He was very professional while explaining what he was going to check, along with the obvious broken spring. After checking everything, he came back with 3 estimates, low to high; 1. Fix the spring and a couple other things, 2. replace a few more things that could fail eventually, or 3. do a full replacement of the bar, spring, bearings, wire etc. I discussed the likelihood of parts failures and decided to go with the first choice. I appreciated that he gave me the options without being pushy about the up-sale options. Once I gave him the go he started and finished in such a short amount of time that I didn't even look at a clock. The door works great. If he was here more than an hour and 15 minutes, I would be shocked.

Michael came out to fix our door(broken mainspring) within an hour of my call to Precision to see about getting it fixed. They were very timely and efficient in the repair. I would certainly use them again!!!!

After reviewing several 'garage door companies' after door malfunctioned after 4:00 PM, I was attracted to the '24 hour service of Precision. The initial phone call was handled very professionally, the receptionist was knowledgeable and friendly and let me know that someone would be at our home to handle the problem in approximately 2 hours. In about 30 minutes, the tech called and said he was about an hour and half away and would be here soon. In about 90 minutes he arrived, introduced himself and got right to work. The issues were repaired and all done in about an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous and checked the repair repeatedly to be certain the problem was solved before leaving. I will use Precision again and proudly recommend their services! Bob

As is likely typical for most people, our garage door decided to stop working with no warning. Our situation wasn't dire, but fixing it sooner than later was important. The first company we spoke with could get to us in about a week. We could make that work, but we preferred not to wait that long. Our next call was to Precision Door Service. The person we spoke with was friendly and focused on taking care of us, and they had someone at our house within a couple of hours. After the assessment, we were given a fantastic explanation of what was happening and how to fix it, including a price quote. We decided to move forward and expected to schedule something in the coming days...nope, he said I should be done in about 2 hours! We were shocked and delighted. The work was done well and much faster than we anticipated. Everyone we dealt with was professional and enjoyable to talk with. There is no doubt who we will recommend and reach out to if we have a need in the future. Precision Door Service is wonderful!

I have used Precision Garage Door in the past and they have always been very dependable. Michael Hall is the individual with Precision Garage who came out today. He did an excellent job and assisted me in moving one of my cars out of the garage because the battery was dead. Excellent. Justin did a great job; I called the office at 1130 and he was at my house shortly after 1200. I explained what I wanted, he gave me a very reasonable quote, I approved it, he told me it would be about 45 minutes, and by 1300, I had a beautiful, quiet, and smooth door opener moving my garage door up and down perfectly. It was a great experience for me and I absolutely recommend Precision to anyone looking for a new garage door opener…

Great professional company. I wasn't sure who to call so I relied on the Google reviews of companies nearest to me. I definitely made the correct decision. They were great about getting someone out that fit into my schedule. My technician Mike arrived on time and was great about explaining what was wrong and getting things repaired. I called Precision to perform preventative maintenance on my garage door because it was sticking a little bit. I found a $95 coupon for a “Garage door tuneup”. I thought this was a very fair price. I showed the coupon to the mechanic, and he said he had never seen that coupon and wouldn’t take it. I asked him why, and he replied it wouldn’t cost the much. I was only charged $49.50, which for a house call for anything is unbelievably cheap. I have used Precision in the past and they have always been fair, honest, and dependable.

excellent customer service was able to get a repairman in 30 min he was already in the drive way . he introduced himself and asked me what i needed help with i told him my main door spring broke he then inspected my garage door for any type of damage .which i thought was a great touch to the service the company provides .After his inspection he said ill fix you right up we will have your door working in about an 1hr and 30min .he went to work & the door was working in the time he said it would .he repaired in less time really .He is an expert who is very knowledgeable in his trade his attitude is great and he explains everything to you where you can understand it. thank you for your excellent workmanship and the super quick response. even waved the service fee along with a veterans discount. great company and the employees make it great to do business with thank you .again for everything . This was one of the best experiences I've had with professional services. I've had a flood of issues and have been calling services all week trying to get quotes and service and it's been a trial. After a couple of not so promising calls I connected with Precision and it's THE BEST experience I've had all week. I was expecting an outrageous price and a week or more wait, which is what I've been dealing with for weeks now to get help on projects, 180 degrees in the opposite direction. Very helpful and clear on the phone, and offered to have someone come out THAT DAY, on a FRIDAY. I couldn't believe it but quickly said YES and it's the best decision that I made this week. Justin was great, the install was done very quickly and even though this was not a product I purchased from Precision Justin went through all the details of operation and gave me very helpful advice.
