We were very pleased with how quickly Precision Overhead Door could respond to our need for repair. It was in the afternoon when we called, but someone was sent out to see what our problem was that same day. Also, Michael, the technician that repaired our garage door, was so polite and knew actually what was needed to be fixed. He repaired our garage door making sure everything was working properly and that we were satisfied before he left. (which was after dark) The garage door is working better than ever. I saw the advertisement on tv. Saw the 5 star rating. I called first thing in the morning and Justin was here at the time scheduled. He explained what was wrong, gave us the estimate, and had the door working in about 45 minutes! He was prompt, professional and very competent. Would absolutely, highly recommend them.

Michael ,the Service Tech was very courteous and professional. He had a well rounded sense of knowledge, and was honest about pros and cons of options to fix our doors. We could only afford to fix one of them today BUT will be calling them back to do the other one. I can't go without mentioning his sense of humor which both my wife and I appreciated.

I found your company when I Googled "Garage door repair." When I called, the person taking my call—who identified herself as Sierra— was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Within five minutes of completing the call with her I was contacted by the technician, Derek, to tell me that he was twenty minutes out. He was at the house within that time frame. He was polite, cheerful and pleasant, diagnosed the problem promptly, quoted a price, and, with our approval, did the work quickly, expertly, and efficiently. I did not get a quote from anyone else, so I do not know if the work could have been done more cheaply, but it could not have been done in any better or more satisfactory fashion. The entire experience was excellent, and I would highly recommend this company to others.

I picked your company because there was a sticker on the door with your number on it. I would like to have a itemized list of the work done. Honestly the price seems exorbitant. My job took him exactly 30 minutes using what appeared to be one specialized tool and one part to replace. I seriously doubt that I will recommend your company to anyone I care about.

I would highly recommend this great company! I had a very positive experience from my initial phone call to the service call today. When I called to schedule an appointment, Patty was extremely accommodating and helpful, offering to make an appointment within a very short period of time. The technician Josh came to my home to analyze the problem with my garage door hesitating and making a loud noise when opening. Josh quickly diagnosed the problem as a need to replace the rubber trim around the garage door opening that was 20 years old and very dirty, sticky, and breaking down. Josh was very professional, courteous, honest and spent extra time educating me on how to understand and properly maintain my garage door and system. I now realize that this unexpected problem that Josh diagnosed potentially could have led to additional more costly problems with my garage door opener and system because of the abnormal pull and stress on the system. Many thanks to Josh and grateful for his wisdom and help in resolving this problem.
