Prompt service much appreciated. Called on Tuesday at 5 pm and technician was at my house Wednesday morning. Michael the technician was extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Assessed situation, made the repairs in timely manner and even took care to clean up afterwards. Very pleased. First time using Precision Door Service but will definitely use again in future. Highly recommend for their great service.

I called Precision when it became obvious our garage door had more issues than we could fix ourselves. They offered several options for appointments, including a few the same day I called. Ultimately Alex came out the next morning. Since we were unable to be there, he called and went over what he found needed to be done. In an hour, he had multiple issues fixed and the door is working smoothly. Alex was courteous and did great work. I will definitely refer Precision for any garage door needs!

Wonderful service. Had some work done 6 months ago but was experiencing a problem with the door and opener. Mike did a really nice job. He showed up early and had the job done in a very short time. He also tested everything to make sure it was working correctly and lubed all joints. Garage door is so quiet now!
