I have used Precision before. So, when our garage door would not open over the weekend, I called them for help. Patrick arrived on time on Monday & discovered the door opener had a broken belt. After discussing options, it was decided to simply replace the belt on the opener. Patrick was prompt, courteous & did a great job! I would highly recommend Precision & I thank Patrick for the good job.

Incredible service across the board. I wanted to replace my current garage door opener, so I filled out a contact form on Sunday afternoon. By 10:00am Monday morning I had a new garage door opener installed and working perfectly. To say my expectations were exceeded is an understatement. This is one of the few garage door companies that are open 7 days a week. Josh came out the same day on a weekend and did a good job quickly. He is very knowledgeable about the industry too. I will keep the phone number handy for the rental houses.

I highly recommend Precision Overhead Gagrage Door Service. My spring broke on a Saturday morning. I tried to call two of the bigger names in the garage door business. Neither was available to even take a call on a Saturday. Precision answered my call right away and scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later. I was fully expecting to wait several days for the repair. Michael was my service tech. He called and re-scheduled his arrival 15 minutes earlier than the 2 hour window that was scheduled on the call. His truck was equiped with everything he needed to fix my door. He gave me the option to replace only the broken spring but he recommended replacing some of the other 44-year old hardware. I asked about replacing the whole door and he recommended keeping the existing door to save money. No upsell pressure - some refreshing honesty. Michael was a profesional. He fabricated some custom brackets for my old door and showed me the worn hardware that he removed. My door works great 4 hours after it broke on a Saturday. Thanks Precision and Michael

Michael Hall gave us prompt & professional service. He was courteous and took the time to explain what was wrong with MY garage door opener, and he educated me on the products available to replace it. He WAS NOT pushy and even encouraged me to get a second estimate if I wished. He performed the job in a timely manner. Overall, it was a GREAT experience in working with Michael- I would certainly use him and Precision Door again.

I called precision door service Wednesday after 6, my garage door was fixed by Thursday at 2. I had the spring replaced and James Wells my tech went out of his way to notice my garage door opener was not working properly and re adjusted it for me. replaced spring and all hard ware. James was very professional , and very good customer service.

Just want to say thank you to Precision and Patrick for coming out on short notice and getting my door up and running again. Its had a rough life and Patrick was able to not only come out and get the broken parts fixed and moving again, but also reinforced the door and made it better than it has been since I have lived here for 4 years. Arrived at my house on time to the minute, was respectful and professional during the repair. Completed the job very quickly and did awesome work, and cleaned up after he was done! I'm a senior citizen. During my lifetime I've hired many services. But today I didn't know what real service was until I called Precision Door Service. After I called, a technician was sent to my home who inspected my door. He then carefully explained to me what needed to be repaired. He quoted me the cost less a Military Discount and in less than 2 hrs. my garage door is operating better than ever. Thank You Precision, you are truly a credit to the profession.

Selected your services because of no extra charge for weekend work. The spring on the door had to be replaced which your serviceman did very quickly and efficiently. I am managing a renovation of a recently purchased home from 500 miles away. I knew the existing garage door and opener had issues but hoped a replacement could wait until we moved in. However, the opener's key pad entered life support mode yesterday morning and my contractors could not enter the home without considerable aggravation, if at all. I contacted Precision late that morning, scheduled an assessment for Sept 1. At 0830(CT) this morning, Josh called and told me he was at the house. After a conversation about what had to be replaced and what could be salvaged, I gave him the green light to refurbish the door and hardware, replaced the opener and test everything. 90 minutes later he called back, asked for a key code and we were done. Another reason for escaping IL and embracing Eastern TN. Thanks.
