I chose Precision Door Service primarily because of their BBB rating. Preston was very friendly, respectful and professional. After examining my door and opener, he explained what was causing the problem I was having, offered a solution, gave me a quote and went to work.He finished the job in the time period he predicted, then proceeded to demonstrate the new opener and answered my questions. I was pleased with the entire experience from my phone call until completion of the installation and would happily recommend Precision (and Preston) to anyone.

Williams Door Co installed in 2011. When I called about the problem the woman I was talking to made fun of the situation and refused to have a technician come and evaluate the issue. She quoted a high price without knowing what was needed. She had an attitude.

We weren’t thrilled about our broken cable, which was installed by Precision in 2019. The warranty had expired but we had paid a lot to have the job done. Preston addressed the issue and got to work. He was very friendly and also highly competent. He even went out on his own time to repair a wood block that had cracked. We feel much better about Precision due to Preston’s visit.

I got your ad with coupons out of a mailer of ads and kept it. I called for service and told the person what was wrong and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The service person arrived before the scheduled time. He was courteous, listened to my problems and after checking out everything, told me what he thought I needed and how much each of the 2 problems would cost. I decided to have the noisy door problem fixed and he repaired it quickly and IT WAS NOT NOISEY anymore, after years of the racket. I was glad to pay the amount he had quoted. I will call them again if I need repairs.

Great Service and very prompt!!! Emailed at 11:00pm at night and they were at my house at 9:00AM the next morning. Spring was broken and could not get my car out of garage. Fixed everything in 45 minutes and garage door is like new!!!! Will call them anytime I have problem with garage doors!!!!!!!

Trevor Perry came to the rescue at our newly purchased house. We were unable to close one of the doors and both doors were extremely heavy. We discussed all the possible options (trying to cookie cutter and make things last). However, after reviewing all options and him showing me all the parts that were extremely worn, and showed me his new parts that would be replacing it, I was convinced to pull the trigger. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the doors. All the new mechanical work was flawless. The new motors were quiet. It took extra time for which he didn’t want to leave until I was happy. Great customer service.
