I got your ad with coupons out of a mailer of ads and kept it. I called for service and told the person what was wrong and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The service person arrived before the scheduled time. He was courteous, listened to my problems and after checking out everything, told me what he thought I needed and how much each of the 2 problems would cost. I decided to have the noisy door problem fixed and he repaired it quickly and IT WAS NOT NOISEY anymore, after years of the racket. I was glad to pay the amount he had quoted. I will call them again if I need repairs.

Extremely impressed with the technical who worked on my door. Very professional and exhibited a great deal of knowledge on what he did to take care of the work order on my garage door. He answered all of my questions very effectively. He knew exactly what to do and how best to accomplish the satisfactorily all that I need to have done. Also your fee for service was very fair and I am very happy with the end result.

Great Service and very prompt!!! Emailed at 11:00pm at night and they were at my house at 9:00AM the next morning. Spring was broken and could not get my car out of garage. Fixed everything in 45 minutes and garage door is like new!!!! Will call them anytime I have problem with garage doors!!!!!!!

After futile attempt(s) to do the repair myself on a Saturday afternoon, I decided to look online for garage door repairs near me. Of the many ads to pop up, Precision stuck out. Weekend rates same as weekday, what?? Calls answered by a live person, more what?? Not only was that the case, a service tech showed up within an hour of my call. His arrival was preceded by e-mail and messaging denoting time of arrival. Also a message from the tech along with his picture for identification. He was personable, informative and professional. Long story short, I had in my mind that the garage door would be left open for at least the weekend. Job was completed in a short while and when I asked for additional preventative maintenance items to be added he had parts on hand and finished up all within a short matter of time. I couldn't be more pleased with the whole encounter. These guys go above and beyond and back up what they advertise. If you happen to need repairs I HIGHLY recommend Precision. If you are wondering about cost, you would be happily amazed at the affordability.

We selected Precision Garage Door Service after reviewing most of the surveys and ratings on the Internet for the Knoxville area. We were specifically looking for Garage Door repair companies with several years of service and technicians with 5-Star ratings. Precision Garage Door Service was our choice. After calling we were called back by a very professional receptionist who answered all our questions and had a technician call back within minutes stating he could be at our house in 45 minutes. Dereck, the technician arrived soon thereafter, and after discussing our problem, he did an excellent job of diagnosing, explaining, and repairing our doors. Dereck was very friendly, professional, and quiet worthy of a 5-Star ratings!

Garage door would not close. My insurance company gave me your name Since it was not safe to have the door open all night the lady in your office arranged for a repairman to come out yesterday. I called Precision Door Service for an unexpected issue with our garage door this morning. One of the springs had broken as well as one of the hinges. I was so thankful that they were able to respond so quickly by sending an associate, Derek, for the repair within a couple of hours. Derek found other problems as well and replaced all the problems he discovered. Both springs, hinges, and a frayed electrical cord were replaced. He also straightened the left side track that had moved a bit over time. Derek was great in all respects—in explanations, replacements and repair and a friendly manner. Great experience throughout. Thank you!

GREAT SERVICE all around. I don't often write reviews, but this is an exception. Yesterday morning I found that my garage door opener would not lift the door more than about 15 inches. Looking for the problem we noticed that one of the garage door torsion springs had broken. I can do most home repairs myself, but this required specialized tools to replace the spring. Checked the internet for local garage door repair options in the LaFollette, TN area and found Precision Garage Door Service as a local option. Called them at about 9:30 am and spoke to Sierra. She was incredibly helpful and gave me good answers to my questions. We scheduled the service and set up the appointment for the same day at 1 to 3 pm. She gave me an estimate on the phone based on spring replacement only and said the technician would check for any other needs. I received a follow up e-mail within a half hour. Derek called be when he was on his way and showed up on time. After checking the door, he gave me some options for additional work that could be done if I wanted it. I declined the additional work and Derek immediately went to work changing out the springs. The whole spring replacement job only took about 45 minutes and was done very efficiently. The door now opens and closes better than it did before. Sierra and Derek were great to work with and are the best representatives for Precision Garage Door that could be asked for. Thanks for a job well done!!! :)

I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.
