I can’t recommend this company enough! From getting the appointment with the receptionist who was wonderful to when Derek came out and evaluated our garage door issues and provided options. Just top notch all the way!! He was super nice and professional and got promptly to work. He was easy to understand and let us know what all he was going to be doing. I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will never call anyone else when my old door needs work! Derrick was great!! Wonderful company!!

Because of the estimated cost between $3K - 4.5K depending on what we decide to do, my wife and I want to get another estimate. Tech was here and reset my gararge door as my power went out. I know there was a service call involved, and expected that. The Tech had it reset in less than 2 minutes. I was charged one hour of labor and shop supplies, which there were no shop supplies needed. Total bill was $165.00 for appx 10 minutes at my home. I spent $1,600.00 for this Gararge door from Percision and also purchased a new opener for the door from Percision. $165.00 just seemed somewhat high for Appx 10 minutes. All got resolved and fixed I do need to add. The tech showed me how to fix this issue also if it ever happenes again.

Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours. I was impressed by the description online of the services available through Precision Garage Doors. The fact that I could go online and schedule an appointment with the technician for the next day was a pleasant surprise. Derek came to the home around 9:30 in the morning. He evaluated the problem of the garage door and went step-by-step with me on every part, what it did, what it wasn’t doing and the options I had. This was the first time using Precision Garage Door Service. Called in the afternoon and got a same day appointment. Derek arrived at the beginning of the service window, assessed the repairs needed, and completed all the work required in a timely manner. Derek was friendly and pleasant to chat with, and he also covered some basic maintenance that I could do. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very pleased with the service.
