We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!

The professional who did our job is excellent and very friendly. He was PERFECT! Give him an award. We are vey happy with the quick response and quick repair, but we think the cost is extremely high for the parts. I knew our old garage doors needed significant work, so I called Precision this morning, and was scheduled for an appointment this afternoon. Patrick and Hayden arrived early in the afternoon and after assessing the situation, they explained what they recommended and gave me an estimate. I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????
