We are extremely pleased with the technician, Patrick Stockton, who performed the service call as well as installed the garage door initially. He is very professional and friendly, not to mention arrived only 30 minutes after our call to the dispatcher, which by the way was after 6 pm. We will request him on any future repair or installation. This was our first garage door installation by Precision and we couldn't be happier. They set the bar very high and we do not know of any other garage door company that can even compete. We highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

Patrick arrived earlier than I was expecting, a pleasant surprise. He was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He serviced the door as well as replaced the spring and I can't believe how quiet the door is now. It no longer wakes up the neighbor's pets or sounds like a remake of Jurassic Park.

I chose Precision because a neighbor had recently used them and said they were good. My garage door would not open. A service person was at my door in about an hour after I called and recommended an Overhaul. He worked quickly, efficiently, and was had me up and running in about an hour. I found them off Angies List, and as soon as I called they were very friendly, knowledgeable and if you had the correct information they were able to give you an estimate on the phone.
