Garage door repair was done with good results after replacing several door items like rollers & bearings but to charge $ 500.00 was way over the top. Probably will not use your service again because of cost.

The technician (Patrick) came on time and provided an excellent service. He was very well informed, explained me the choices available, and helped me select the most convenient service in terms of cost/performance. He even waved the usual flat service charge. We are extremely pleased with the technician, Patrick Stockton, who performed the service call as well as installed the garage door initially. He is very professional and friendly, not to mention arrived only 30 minutes after our call to the dispatcher, which by the way was after 6 pm. We will request him on any future repair or installation. This was our first garage door installation by Precision and we couldn't be happier. They set the bar very high and we do not know of any other garage door company that can even compete. We highly recommend. You won't be disappointed!

I chose Precision because a neighbor had recently used them and said they were good. My garage door would not open. I found them off Angies List, and as soon as I called they were very friendly, knowledgeable and if you had the correct information they were able to give you an estimate on the phone. They came the same day I backed into my garage door and got my car stuck in the garage. They were very professional and did an excellent job. They should have laughed at me but didn't. I would recommend them and use them again if the need arose
