Patrick gave me a call 20 mins. out & was very timely. I was told he'd arrive between. 5 & 7 pm...he was done with job before 6! We are selling our house and needed the garage door safety sensors reattached on one side. If you are selling your house & detached your safety sensors at some time over the years because they were "a nuisance" & you don't have all the pieces & parts you need, just call precision! They can make sure everything is in good working order before the inspection. Patrick is professional & very knowledgeable about his craft.

These folks are the bomb! Called one late afternoon and they were here first thing the next morning. They had my old 20 something-year-old garage door fixed in no time. Patrick was great! We had a couple of malfunctions on our garage door. Called service and was given a appointment to check it out. We asked for Patrick who did all of our repairs and they put him down to do the work. Patrick arrived right on schedule and immediately found out the probable culprit with the door stopping right after the button was pushed. The sun was very strong on the side where the electronic eye is located. Patrick moved the sensor to the opposite side and said that this should correct the problem. It is working fine now. We are extremely pleased with Precision. Patrick is outstanding in all areas. We enjoy talking with him. He takes the time to explain the repair that he is doing.

Tech Patrick called to see if he could come earlier than quoted. Always a pleasant surprise and it fit my schedule. Quickly diagnosed problems and discussed recommendations for repair. Made repairs quicker than quoted and cleaned up very well. The door operates better and quieter than it ever has. Patrick was very kind and professional and we would highly recommend him and Precision Door. Do yourself a favor and call Precision. Don't make the mistake we did 2 years ago and let an average handyman replace the springs. The wrong size spring was installed and that created several other problems in 2 years, not to mention a annoyingly noisy door.
