Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

The customer service was absolutely incredible. From the associate that took my call, all the way through the process of Patrick completing the repair! I placed a call for a repair and within an hour and a half the job was completed. I was amazed! My garage door works better and makes less noise than it did when it was new. Outstanding service at a fair price. PARTICK was my service technician and he is very professional, friendly, and really knows what he is doing. I will definitely use Precision for any future garage door problems. He completely rebuilt an older roll-up door system and left it better than he found it.
