Derek was on time, very courteous and informative, and managed to replace the entire springs, rollers, casters, and cables that had broken in under 30 minutes and have our garage door back in working order before we knew it! He even took a few extra minutes to explain what may have caused the damage and the need for routine garage maintenance and gave us a few tips on lubricating the metal hinges and wheel areas to prevent future damage. I would highly recommend anyone needing a quick, well done, and professional garage door repair check our Garage Professionals.

Got home last night to find garage door not functional . Called Precision around 1230 this afternoon and Derek arrived about 2pm and had it fixed and running like new by 330. That was fast. Much more quiet as well. Was friendly and and accommodating with pets as well. Thanks!

Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system. I called Precision Door Service when my garage door opener broke. They sent out a repair person within 30 minutes. I contacted Precision about my garage door, which wouldn't open. In addition the side door to the garage wouldn't open so I couldn't get access to the garage at all. Derek and Tory(?) came out that day. Initially it seemed I would need to get someone else out first to get the side door open, but Derek figured out how to lift the garage door while using the remote. They diagnosed and fixed all the door issues very quickly and now the door is working smoothly. Almost all the parts needed replacing (an "overhaul") , but I had thought I might need a new door and was relieved that was not the case. Thank you so much.

We had just had a friend that used your company and told us how responsive Precision was and quick to fix their issue. When our garage door opener popped and then began smoking, we knew just who to call. Precision was at the house within an hour and Derek knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix. He also showed me a spring that was getting ready to pop on my door as well. He had everything fixed within two hours or less and even helped to reprogram the Homelink garage door buttons that are in our cars. Starting with the first phone call, they were very accommodating to our need for the stuck door to be fixed asap. Derek arrived as promised in 30 short minutes. He clearly laid out the options and rationales for what was needed now, what would be a good idea to do while we're at it, and what it take to rebuild good as new. Then he let us decide, informed and without pressure. He did the job efficiently and with friendly conversation. It felt like a fun visit that just happened to result in a fixed door. And the door opens smoother than it did before the spring broke, with its updated parts.
