I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.

Starting with the first phone call, they were very accommodating to our need for the stuck door to be fixed asap. Derek arrived as promised in 30 short minutes. He clearly laid out the options and rationales for what was needed now, what would be a good idea to do while we're at it, and what it take to rebuild good as new. Then he let us decide, informed and without pressure. He did the job efficiently and with friendly conversation. It felt like a fun visit that just happened to result in a fixed door. And the door opens smoother than it did before the spring broke, with its updated parts.

Derek was on time, very courteous and informative, and managed to replace the entire springs, rollers, casters, and cables that had broken in under 30 minutes and have our garage door back in working order before we knew it! He even took a few extra minutes to explain what may have caused the damage and the need for routine garage maintenance and gave us a few tips on lubricating the metal hinges and wheel areas to prevent future damage. I would highly recommend anyone needing a quick, well done, and professional garage door repair check our Garage Professionals.

Called Precision Garage Door Service mid-afternoon because garage door cable was out of track, preventing closure. Technician arrived to inspect and repair/replace the whole 20-year-old system. GREAT SERVICE all around. I don't often write reviews, but this is an exception. Yesterday morning I found that my garage door opener would not lift the door more than about 15 inches. Looking for the problem we noticed that one of the garage door torsion springs had broken. I can do most home repairs myself, but this required specialized tools to replace the spring. Checked the internet for local garage door repair options in the LaFollette, TN area and found Precision Garage Door Service as a local option. Called them at about 9:30 am and spoke to Sierra. She was incredibly helpful and gave me good answers to my questions. We scheduled the service and set up the appointment for the same day at 1 to 3 pm. She gave me an estimate on the phone based on spring replacement only and said the technician would check for any other needs. I received a follow up e-mail within a half hour. Derek called be when he was on his way and showed up on time. After checking the door, he gave me some options for additional work that could be done if I wanted it. I declined the additional work and Derek immediately went to work changing out the springs. The whole spring replacement job only took about 45 minutes and was done very efficiently. The door now opens and closes better than it did before. Sierra and Derek were great to work with and are the best representatives for Precision Garage Door that could be asked for. Thanks for a job well done!!! :)
