Charles and his son installed the new door and did an great job. The door was having trouble shutting and nick adjusted it a little. He done a great job also with no charge. This is why I use and tell people to use precision.

This is a wonderful company! Patrick called before showing up and SHOWED UP ON TIME. Was honest and did the job in a very timely manner. I would and will and recommend Precision Garage door again and again. I really liked that they emailed my appointment time with pictures of the technicians. I couldn't ask for better service! Found your ad in the yellow pages. It was the weekend when I was looking for service and I liked the fact that a person would answer my call. The work was performed today. Tommy was excellent! He did a great job and made recommendations that were needed. I followed his recommendations and appreciate his knowledge. He also made sure everything was lubricated and showed me how to keep things up to date.

I am very happy with the quality of the installation, the installer and the quality operation of the equipment. However, after seeing the invoice via email I have questions on the cost. I was told if I had the work done that the service call would not be charged. Looking at the receipt there is a charge of $75.00 for the service call but a credit of $65.00 for a waved service fee. Were is the $10.00 difference and whats the difference between a service call and a service fee ? The owner shown be show a written copy of the estimate before the work is done in lieu of after and via email. Again the installer was very professional with a quality installation and equipment. I am very happy with the job except for the difinition in the service call and service fee , the $10.00 difference and the presentation of a written estimate prior to the work being done. I choose Precision thru the internet. I had them come, because I was in real need and they were available. The phone person was kind and helpful. The young man who came to my home was informative and explained things in total. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I let him do the work because he really explained what I needed very well. I have confidence that this company will stand behind their product and work.
