Garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Called Precision because they have 24/7 answering. Talked with Rachel who took some info and set an appointment for Monday with James. He was able to come early which was very convenient. Very satisfied with service and cost. I really liked reading the reviews on James and the company before the service call.

Superior service !! Tommy was highly professional and had a fully equipped truck with all parts and replacements at hand. Explained everything fully. Service was prompt and efficient. What really sold me in the advertisement was that there were live operators 24/7 to answer the phone, and not an answering machine.

Very good service. I called Thursday at 4:30 and they sent a tech. out Friday morning. The tech. rebuilt my 18ft door witch was a construction grade door, put all new hardware in. Very pleased I would call they again.
