Thomas came out and was very Professional. He explained everything to me so that I could understand. I had a repair kit put on my garage door opener and it made it run like a new one. Would highly recommend Precision Garage Door to anyone.

I am very happy with the quality of the installation, the installer and the quality operation of the equipment. However, after seeing the invoice via email I have questions on the cost. I was told if I had the work done that the service call would not be charged. Looking at the receipt there is a charge of $75.00 for the service call but a credit of $65.00 for a waved service fee. Were is the $10.00 difference and whats the difference between a service call and a service fee ? The owner shown be show a written copy of the estimate before the work is done in lieu of after and via email. Again the installer was very professional with a quality installation and equipment. I am very happy with the job except for the difinition in the service call and service fee , the $10.00 difference and the presentation of a written estimate prior to the work being done. I choose Precision thru the internet. I had them come, because I was in real need and they were available. The phone person was kind and helpful. The young man who came to my home was informative and explained things in total. Although the price was a little more than I expected, I let him do the work because he really explained what I needed very well. I have confidence that this company will stand behind their product and work.

The technicians name was Patrick Stockton. I believe he to be an asset to your company I rate him 5 stars. We just bought this house and are new to this area. We have First American home buyers protection they set up the appointment for us. I must say we were very pleased they use your company we needed a complete PDS overhaul which was done in a timely manner and was kind enough to explain everything he was doing in detail we rate our overall experience 5 stars

Patrick called prior and arrived on time. He was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He assessed the broken spring issue and gave several choices for repair. He explained clearly the value of each choice and the short and long term advantages. He anticipated our needs and met them. We decided on a single spring system. He installed it, did minor repair on the door and confirmed that the door opened and closed smoothly and quietly. Cost was within our budget. We highly recommend using PDS and ask for Patrick!

The new opener works great and the new door parts where installed in a very professional way.also the 24/7 service is a very good way to help the customer get things done. James Wells provided an estimate for replacement of both garage doors and evaluated the performance of both garage door openers which we believed needed replacing also. James's honesty and professionalism was outstanding as he indicated our openers were working properly but the doors (the previous homeowner had backed his car into them) needed replacing because they were bent putting too much stress on the opener while attempting to open and lift. The springs were also not balanced properly and needed replacing.

My technician was very courteous and seemed to really know his job. He was very professional. His name was James and he wore a uniform and drove a marked vehicle. He worked on my existing door and replaced door opener. My door is so quiet now and before it sounded like a freight train. He also installed a keypad on the outside. I am very pleased with my experience.
