Thursday night around 9:00 pm the spring and cables broke on my garage door, trapping my car in the garage. Friday morning at 8:00 I called Precision door and they were there within the hour! Other places said it would be several days before they could get here and I had no way to get my car out. The Technician - Nick - was very professional and explained all options. Because the door is so old, and there was so much damage, I decided to get a new door which was much more cost effective than fixing an old worn out door. And the great part is they will have the new door installed on Monday! Nick was able to get the old door open so I could get my car out so now I'm just looking forward to my new door. Very happy with Precision. They were very prompt and courteous and really saved my day.

I called Precision Door, they were out the next day to give an estimate and in 2 days more had the old garage door removed and new one installed. The installation was professional, friendly, they removed all the old material, and all done in less than 2 hours. We decided, with the help of our service technician, Josh Compton, that replacing the 30 year old garage doors was better than repairing them. We have ordered doors but they are not yet installed. John was knowledgable, very friendly, patient, and thorough. He discussed the advantages of different models and we were happy to have his advice. Our service was prompt and he even arrived early. We are very pleased with everything so far and look forward to new garage doors soon.

This is the third time i have used Precision Door ( all for diferent issues and different locations). Each time the quality of the service cannot be beat. This time i was only on town for 2 days and was afraid i would not get the repairs done in the time i had. Oncw i made the call they were there within a couple of hours and had the new opener installed quickly. Best service bar none. I would recommend the anytime you have a garage door issue.
