This is my first time to use Precision. I liked their website and felt confident in my selection because of the detail they provide about their technicians. We had James and he was very professional and did a great job explaining the issues and solution. He was there on time and was done earlier than he expected. We did have an issue a few days later on a Saturday but Chuck, the owner, sent another technician right over the fix the problem. I definitely recommend them.

My 17 year garage door hardware failed suddenly and my door stopped working. I called Precision at 10:00 a.m. Two service techs were at my house within 90 minutes and replaced basically all of my door mounting hardware plus the springs, rollers, etc. The garage door now works like new and makes no noise whatsoever. They even advised against replacement of my door opener as it would have been an unnecessary expense. I will use these guys when the opener eventually fails. This has been one of the best experiences with a home repair that I've ever had. I highly recommend this business.

I called Precision at 9:07 this morning and Nick knocked on my door at 9:32 to do the repair. I couldn’t believe how fast he was in getting to me and the repair was just as painless. He was walking out of my house with the repair done in exactly an hour after I originally called. I also appreciated that he called to give me his ETA and that their was an email with photos of the technicians so when Nick called I was able to look in the email and know who to expect. Great service!

I came home at 8:30 last Friday, clicked the garage door opener, the door went up about 6" then dropped back down. I tried one more time and same thing... just what I needed to have to mess with the garage door. I went inside and looked, tried disconnecting the opener and tried to open by hand, couldn't hardly budge it, looked closer to see that one of the big springs was broken. So at 8:45 on Friday night and it's broke, I've got workers coming to work on my wood flooring in the morning and they need access through the garage. Luckily I found Precision Door online; stating that they're open until 9pm, work on the weekend for no additional fee and mention the add for no service fee. Sounded perfect I called, was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Jake showed up about 20 min early, 8:40 am and was finished by 10:30. He replaced both springs, replaced all the bearings and rollers, cables, put on a new gasket along the bottom of the door, and went over everything very well. The service was GREAT, price was GREAT, and I'll most likely be ordering a new door from Precision within the next 6mo-1yr. Call them if you need you garage door fixed right the first time, in a timely manner, and for a very fair price.

Thursday night around 9:00 pm the spring and cables broke on my garage door, trapping my car in the garage. Friday morning at 8:00 I called Precision door and they were there within the hour! Other places said it would be several days before they could get here and I had no way to get my car out. The Technician - Nick - was very professional and explained all options. Because the door is so old, and there was so much damage, I decided to get a new door which was much more cost effective than fixing an old worn out door. And the great part is they will have the new door installed on Monday! Nick was able to get the old door open so I could get my car out so now I'm just looking forward to my new door. Very happy with Precision. They were very prompt and courteous and really saved my day.
