James arrived ahead of schedule, called to let us know he was on the way. He got right to work and completed the repair in about an hour and a half. Needed new torsion bar and springs. Door works very smooth and well balanced. James was very friendly and helpful with future maintenance. I would call again if I needed repairs.

I was very pleased with the quick response and the service. The service men were very informative and friendly. The springs and rollers were replaced and the garage door was working again in a short time. They even got the light on my opener, which hadn't worked in years, working again.
