Tommy our technician was courteous, on time, and extremely knowledgeable about the unit. He trouble-shot the problem in about 4 minutes, explained the issue and the options for repair, and had it finished in about an hour. Impressive!! Give that man a raise...but don't raise your prices.

Wow, same day service available but choose early next morning for a broken spring and cables. My tech was Tommy and we could not have been more ecstatic with his professionalism and expertise. We actually added a new garage door opener for a super successful install, quiet as a mouse. Very happy consumer here and thats no easy feat with me. Thanks Tommy

I called at 5:45 one afternoon and was told they could have a tech at my house between 6 and 8 pm that same day. The tech showed up at 7 and was done before 8. He not only changed the broken spring, he also replaced the bearings and adjusted the door. He did a fabulous job and took care of my problem with a very quick response time. Would I recommend the company ?? Most certainly !!

Charles and his son installed the new door and did an great job. The door was having trouble shutting and nick adjusted it a little. He done a great job also with no charge. This is why I use and tell people to use precision.

This is a wonderful company! Patrick called before showing up and SHOWED UP ON TIME. Was honest and did the job in a very timely manner. I would and will and recommend Precision Garage door again and again. I really liked that they emailed my appointment time with pictures of the technicians. I couldn't ask for better service!
