Your installers replaced an old failing door with a new insolated door with complete new hardware. it works great and should have been replaced years ago. The new door and hardware should extend the life of my door opener by years. The installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and did an outstanding installation job. If I have additional garage door issues, your company will be the one that I call.

I have been extremely satisfied with Precision each and every time I have a need of you. Your office person who answers the phone is very polite and professional, the men who come to my house (3rd time now) are very courteous, professional and friendly, and good at what they do. This is an awesome company and I am very impressed. I don't see this level of customer service any where today. Keep up the excellent work.

I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened. The old opener was 10 years old and I opted for installation of a new one and rollers. He had all the parts on the truck and had the opener changed out in an hour. Good job!

Precision Doors did exactly what they said they would do. Tommie called ahead of time, was on time and provided exactly what we needed in a very professional and courteous manner. Even with some unexpected complications that were discovered on the initial inspection, they were able to work everything out around our busy schedule and complete the job in less than two hours. I am happy to rate the service I received today from Precision Overhead Door Service a FIVE! Tommy Gatlin came less than 2 hours after called and evaluated and explained the reason for the problems with my garage door. He made suggestions for correcting the problems. He repaired and replaced parts needed and door is working perfectly! Tommy was mannerly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If ever needed, I would certainly request him again.

my door was making way to much noise i thought it would break into, Tommy came out quickly saw the problems my door had and told us what it would coast to repair, it was a little pricey however I had the work done and the door is so quite you can sleep through the opening and closing of the door now, great work and Tommy was a professional thank you
